After being loyal customers for over three years at this outlet, we've started noticing a consistent decline in the quality of service. Several issues have become increasingly concerning. First, the staff appears unmotivated and unwelcoming, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The air conditioning has been non-functional for months now, making visits uncomfortable, and there's a persistent problem with flies moving around unchecked. Additionally, the soft-serve machine is often unavailable, which is disappointing. The most troubling issues, however, are with the food and hygiene standards. Burgers and fries are not consistently freshly prepared--they are often served lukewarm and lack the taste we had come to expect. Hygiene is another major concern; staff members have been seen mopping floors and then handling meals without adequate attention to cleanliness. These recurring problems are disheartening and need immediate attention to restore the outlet's quality and reputation. We may skip altogether if things don't improve.

We ordered french fries and they gave us fries damaged potatoes that were overfried and blackened.The fries were changed by the staff when we informed him and they gave us a new set of fries.The lime mint cooler was having a strange taste was not palatable actually. Apart from these we had chicken nuggets Mc cafe cappuccino and iced coffee.Both the drinks were good ,chicken nuggets were cold though.Kindly check into these issues.Thankyou

I like the restaurant's ambience and the staff's coordination is good enough and has a good response. Food quality and taste are better as same as always. Well done . Satisfied.

Easily located from the highway, staff were courteous and informed regarding variety of dishes when asked. Seating is ample, parking is okay (some road work going on restricting entry and exit to 3 metres width). Kids will enjoy and can come as family for a quick lunch. Though I must admit, the size of burgers have reduced over the years due to shrinkflation, one might not be enough. Plan accordingly

A large McDonald's outlet. Nothing new to say about the taste, but it has ample dining space and good parking.

This place is more comfortable to the people who are travelling in highway. Easily accessible as it is located in the poonamallee-bangalore highway. Well maintained hygiene place with good ambiance

McDonald's in Poonamallee is a great place to stop for a quick bite. It has spacious seating for dine-in and a convenient drive-thru. There's also good parking space. Plus, it's a good place to hang out with a nice highway view.
