They promised to provide stay for a price over phone and totally hiked the price once we arrived there ....very poor quality of staff and no integrity ...... Such a waste of time and cramped space ... They lied straight to the face inorder to make us book extra rooms .... Please be careful when you book over the phone.

EXCELLENT ROOM SERVICE AND WORTH FOR A MONEY. ROOM ARE LOOKS COMFORTABLE FOR TWO PERSONS.. AND THANKS TO THE PERSON MR.SHANMUGANATHAN WHO REFER THE HOTEL. OVERALL QOUITE GOOD EXPERIENCE..

They charged 1300/- per day, stayed here (Mydeen Govindarajan Residency, Thiruvarur) for 2 days. It was AC room, quite comfortable, bathroom was bit ordinary though. Reception & Staff were quite helpful. Only cons were too many mosquitoes & although staff helped in this, car parking was a bit of hassle as it located at entrance of a narrow road.

Very poor maintenance. Lift not working for the entire stay inspite of multiple requests. Room was very unclean , full of mosquito and cockroach. Bed sheets not clean and not replaced .No ventilation also,no open windows.Bathroom not clean. Would not recommend for stay

Good Residency to stay. Owner is service minded social worker. Maintained in neat and clean. Approach road recently laid with concrete block. Very near to the famous Thiagaraja temple. Also near to the famous big car.

We two friends stayed at this hotel in January in room no.103. The management ppl were adjusting, they provisioned us a non AC room on request by converting it from a AC room. But don't expect better service. Pros - Double bed room non AC - 900/- - Had geyser that you can turn on/off. Since it was cold during January, the geyser was really helpful - room size is decent but toilet is small - had a working TV - had 4 ports for mobile charging and it worked :) Cons - No soap was provided - No water bottle we're provided - sleeping blankets were small but was okay

2019-The room is very good but the wash room is very uncomfortable to use. And they have to provide sealed water bottles. 2022- We went for Chariot festival. Now the rooms, wash room everything is not maintained well. Only thing it's nearby Thiagarajar temple.

My friend Shanmugam (owner son) referred me this hotel.... It was such a nice experience. The room was so clean and complimentary foods are also provided.
