I love the meat from Lijo's. Very flavourful and creamy. Also the buns are very soft and juicy

Food is good tasty... Ambient light are good feel...

I disappointed with their services. Taste of dishes are not much good. Less spicy and less salty foods. And I expected Minimum requirements on tables. Like salt, pepper, tissue papers etc.,

Priyani is a little more salty. Otherwise all good . Super service.

Very poor hotel as well as service... We booked two rooms (deluxe) and first of all, it is too costly ( 2000 for 24hrs ) for the experience. Then, we informed about the AC to the people and asked them to fix it as it was not working, they never came in the morning time and we again complained in the evening still no action was taken later on we slept off due to travel fatigue. So next morning we went for travelling in the city so morning also AC was not working. At the end for our entire one day stay there was no AC and we ended up staying in a suffocating environment for the entire stay. On the other room, the AC was not working for half a day. And in both the rooms there was only dummy control panels of the AC and if we wanted the AC on or off or any changes for that matter, we have to call the reception ( it was centralised AC ). Now coming to the restaurant part, food was not up to the mark and the waiters often add items in the bill which we never ordered. We accidentally did not spot one earlier when we finished eating and while we checked out of the hotel and when the final bill came, we found out that one item was added which we didn't order. The waiter argued with us so much and only when we opposed it sternly, they accepted to remove the item and alter the bill. Overall it was a poor experience.
