I have reduced my star because of today's incident. First no water on the table as like before. I ordered Al-Faham Chicken, taste like a regular grill chicken I can say even worst. The mayonnaise is rotten and it's very old. I asked for another Mayo that very fresh because they charged that mayo for extra 15 rs. But the mayo served initially with dish that's very bad. I like to order Main course and dessert but because of that behaviour i asked for bill and left the.l hotel. I used to visit when ever I come to Tirunelveli but here after I won't come.

Great hospitality, Awesome explanation by maggie (a guy who serve me). First I enjoy the ambience and music vibes. And Hot and sour soop was awesome. Also I try the F.E spl. Grill. It's something spl taste the the other grill also its very juicy. All good but the price of some foods are undigested.

I have ordered Butter naan and Garlic naan here,that was the most pathetic naan I ever had,It wasnt havent the softness and consistency that a naan should have. It's so hard and bulgy. I felt like why have I ordered naan here. I don't how this place is pulling crowd with such a pathetic food. The food was once good but now since the crowd starts to come here, the taste has gone really bad. Butter naan costs 79 and garlic naan costs 99,which is not even a single penny worth of it.Especially garlic naan,they just sprinkled a little bit of garlic for namesake and charges this much. Even a normal parotta shop sells better parotta than here.I would rather go for normal parotta shop than to have naan here. Speaking of ambience,they have set up one of kitchen on the road side and even when I crossed the shop the masala and the chilli which they use for cooking sprinkled over my eyes since they kept the exhaust fan over to the road side.They should have a common civic sense as not to place it facing the road side.Many times I have faced this and I have even told the owner to change it some time back but he never cared about it it seems,still it's on the side.I wouldn't have brought this issue here,but after a worst food experience and the over costly food,I felt like sharing this. Never ever go to this restaurant unless u want waste some money which is not worth it.

Good ambiance and we enjoyed the dinner with full vibe . It created by theatre setup and the sounds also. All foods are good except some dishes , brawn fried rise, chiken gravy. And butternan having not good taste .

It isn't what it used to be. Honestly, the not bad, but it isn't great anymore. The burgers taste ordinary. The Burger had cabbage and capsicum! It felt like the chefs were adding what they guessed would be in a burger! The service times are longer for burgers and that's understandable. But even for fries and shawarma it was too long. I took my kid along with me, and I was disappointed by the videos they were showing. Definitely not kid friendly anymore.
