This hotel is not like the way they advertised it on the site. ||I booked a room in Tirunelveli Palmaraya which is 2500 rs per day, and mentioned an early "check in" while booking. Our train reached 6 o'clock for Nellai. ||||The reception person asked 700Rs for an early check in. I mentioned that I would vacate the room the next day morning 6 o clock, but no use. Later, he accepted for Rs 500.||The room is very tiny, 11*14 in size & can't even walk freely. ||We don't have any cupboard in the room, whereas it is available in the restroom. ||The restroom is very small 4*5, we have to take a bath in front of the toilet basin. The best part is there is no towel hanger (Please See Picture). No place to keep a towel and dress. Worst Hotel ever seen, which is not even worth 1000 Rs.||In Nellai, look at other hotels if you are looking for more than 2000 Rs Rooms.

On a business stay at Palmyra Grand Inn found the rooms to be average |The sheets were old. Bathrooms are below average and the water pressure through them is sub par||Room service is alright, one must appreciate the staff as they never stop smiling ||Complimentary breakfast is horrible. Please walk down to Janakiram down the road and enjoy the food

I stayed in executive room.||Value for Money:4/5||Facilities:(3/5)|The inroom facilities were standard and they could have offered a kettle for the cost of the room||The geyser in the room weren't working and I had to ask for a room swap which could have been checked in advance||Staffs(4/5)|The reception staffs Shanmugaraj and Iyyapa were very kind and composed. The person handling e/b and maintenance was good as well to accomodate us a quick alternate room when I had geyser problem.||However the room service was very slow for every requested item||In-house food:(5/5)|The inhouse restaurant was very good. The food tasted absolutely fantastic.|I took a la carte for breakfast and dinner and both were value for money. The resto staff Arun was very professional and accomodating.||Room size and Cleanliness (5/5):|The room was spacious enough and well maintained.||Location(5/5)|The hotel is located in 5mins distance from Tirunelveli junction though not very walkable. The hotel is close to new bus stand and has all facilities closer by||Overall a great stay except for suggested room service turn around time and geyser issue

Delicious food and great ambiance. The waiters/ servers are very courteous and helpful in deciding on what to order and answering questions.Awesome ambience and a calm place to have a fine dining with family
