Terrible Experience - Bed Bugs! I had one of the worst hotel stays of my life here. The room initially seemed fine, but as soon as I lay down, I noticed itching and red bites all over my body. Upon closer inspection, the bed was infested with bed bugs. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, and this one failed miserably. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away unless you want to take home unwanted pests!

I believe this is one of the oldest hotels in town, which is evident from the condition of the rooms -- they feel quite dated and in need of significant maintenance. During our stay, one of the room doors wouldn't lock when we were heading out. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the hotel staff to address the issue, which was quite inconvenient.

We stayed between 20th and 22 April. The room was good and decent. The location of the hotel is also good. But the problem was, there was a very very bad smell coming from the bathroom that too only after cleaning. I don't know what they did. We were suffocated for the whole night due to the heavy smell of the bathroom. Worst ever stay. Very very worst hygiene maintenance. Also, the A/c didn't work properly. We don't recommend this hotel if u wish for hygiene stay. Only lowest rating for the cleaning and hygiene.

Rooms are small but neat and clean. Bathroom is very nice and has toiletries. Food is really good and restaurant is good. A/C restaurant is also there. There is not much parking but can park at the back of the building around 100 mtrs after the hotel. I definitely recommend.

Rooms are not neat. Need lot of improvement in cleanliness and bed sheet is also not clean I kindly request your attention to a matter concerning the room's upkeep. The current state of tidiness requires considerable improvement to meet expected standards. Specifically, the cleanliness of the room needs attention. Furthermore, the bedsheet's condition is not up to par and warrants replacement. Ensuring a clean and comfortable environment is of utmost importance. I trust this matter will be addressed promptly.

I trusted the hotel and visited it along with in laws since I had already been there 1 yr back. Horrible experience with service and rooms quality. Everything has gone downhill over the last one year... Would not recommend this place is you have a budget of around 2.5k per night

The hotel is at walking distance from the old bus stand named Periyar, better known as Junction or old bus stand. We made a mistake of going past this to the new bus stand and had to traverse back. The railway station is also pretty close.||The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food and our only issue was that it does not serve curd rice for dinner. The room service is also good except for once, where they forgot our order and we had to call again. Good bed and clean sheets with a water heater (coffee, tea and sugar packs given). Bathroom is also big and good ,except that the next room (we changed our room as the TV was not working), had a very small one. |Overall good experience and I would recommend visitors to Tirunelveli to stay here.
