Vaira Maligai Restaurant

Hotel is located in the prime area. Parotta is very rubbery, undercooked and hard to chew, got choked. And chicken 65 taste and smell very raw and undercooked . They used red colour in chicken 65 that stained in fingers, which is not good for health. They use old , dirty cloth to clean the plates. Hygiene is a question mark.

A Unique Gem in Tirunelveli - Vaira Maligai (This Branch!) We visited the Tirunelveli Vaira Maligai branch on May 10th, 2025, and it truly stands out amongst their other locations in the city. While I've enjoyed their food many times before, this particular visit prompted me to finally write a review because of the excellent experience. The Ghee Rice and the Nattu Kozli Picchu pota kari are absolute must-tries - bursting with flavor! The Mutton Sukka, while delicious, could have been a bit more generous in quantity. However, the Parotta was incredibly fresh and crispy. To top it all off, the Royal Falooda was another highlight and is highly recommended. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, the quality and taste definitely justify it. We hope they maintain this consistent level of excellence, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

We had Country hen Chicken biryani and mutton briyani.. the taste of meat was so good and fresh... So soft .. rich in taste and price was bit High.. have good parking area.. chicken fried rice was so good taste was delicious but lack of server communication.. make improve in that.

Worst Restaurant. We ordered multiple items on chicken and mutton, taste was so bad. Looks like they kept old and expired meat. Even the road side shop would taste much better than this hotel but their rates are so exorbitant. Spent nearly 1500 for just 3 people. They were once good but lost all their reputation because they become more money minded than quality oriented. And all the positive reviews here looks like a paid reviews. Better look for another good restaurant than this one. Never visit again!

Found plastic waste in food on their signature mutton biriyani. Pathetic. Food safety should take immediate action on this restaurant:

Worst in food service..Staffs are not even know their own recipe.... They dont have their own special parota and oil saalna...this is only a Chinese restaurant

The food was ok, but didn't like the sweet corn soup from here which was over sweetened. Service is good. There is enough parking space infront. Both ac and non ac seatings are available. The prices are also reasonable.

Meals is very worst.... only (white rice, two joint fries, chicken curry & fish curry) but very very worst taste... The food at the Diamond Mansion is not good, don't waste your money...
