4 rated for us. South Indian Cuisine with Meal options. We had Mutton, chicken meals where we had ample quantity of the gravy with pieces. Fish fry was delicate. Crab lollipop and Mutton Kola were with perfect taste. Amole parking space and a decent atmosphere makes it a good place. Rates were on the higher end. For a group of 4, it costs 3k

My recent experience here Chicken soup , though tasted like typical nella style chicken curry, i liked the taste and served hot. Chicken meat balls - worth trying, especially you can order for kids What you shouldn't try here Biryani - don't order biryani ,reason being they serve biryani cold . The biryani pot itself wide open and even th first bite is not hot If you're trying biryani here , make sure they serve hot Barbeque fish ..Don't ever try any fish here. First the fish smell sticks with the dish and without any masala , fish tasted worst What I like Spacious environment Good parking Kind staff

My parents visited Varnams Hotel and tried the Rs.199 combo offer (biriyani + lemon mint juice). Sadly, it was a disappointing experience. The biriyani was stale, the food was served cold, and overall it didn't feel fresh at all. We expected better quality, but this was not worth the price. Hope they improve the food and service for future customers.

Good service and Good taste of Food. Felt the price was too costly for some items like Platter. Good ambiance. Chicken Briyani is too good and quality is adequate for 2 persons. Except for the price point and the taste of few items, this restaurant is good.

Very good food and huge quantity, very nominal cost. We had ordered Veg Soup, Half pepper chicken barbeque, crab lollipop, Fish biriyani, mixed veg noodles, mushroom Manchurian, tender coconut ice-cream, lime mint soda. Liked everything, especially the Fish biriyani. Personally, crab lollipop could have been better. We had arrived late in the afternoon. So didn't get to experience some of the dishes. Just one con, when we had ordered for fish biriyani, the waiter could have asked whether we need half or full (we were not aware of the two sized portions). Won't complain though. Overall, I would Highly recommend for nonveg lovers in Tirunelveli.

Food taste is good. We tried Mandi chicken biriyani, it is good and prepared in basmati rice. Starters and desserts are delicious. Overall service is good and parking facility is well maintained.

I ordered crab omelette and Grilled fish. The Barracuda was grilled thoroughly. The Crab omelette was cooked with utmost professionalism. I also bought prawn biryani for my parents. It was also very tasty, but they complained that the number of prawns was less. But on the whole, this was a wonderful experience.

It has beautiful design and a really comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are colourful with pleasant lighting, as suggested by the word "varnams" in the name. Each table has its own cabin, providing privacy. The service was wonderful and the food was amazing. The Russian Salad was delicious. The chicken was tender, spiced well and what one wants from a good tandoori. Highly Recommended
