Well maintained food court with a social cause serving quality food at very minimal price. Self service only.

service is God. RVS food court serves superb vegetarian food at nominal rate. menu has varieties of millets. all of the menu items has very special taste which I haven't experienced at any other restaurants. it is self serve counters where the staff are trained to perfection.

Sunday break fast staff behavior not good also not proper responding. Display list qty avaliable but waiting for 20min. They said not ready preparing. That harshly answer once ready call you and collect me. We are paid and eat. Not get free. Wow food worst service

Now food court change to WOW catering and price also changed ,fast food items only they preferring lot

Dishonest Behavior at the Counter - Very Disappointing I visited the food court today (10.09.24) around 1:15 PM and ordered a meal for 35. I handed over a 20 note and two 10 notes to the person at the middle counter. He returned one of my 10 notes, claiming it was damaged. I replaced it with another 10 note. However, after that, he told me I needed to give another 20 note, insisting I hadn't given the first one, which I most definitely had.Although I was shocked and tried to explain, he kept denying it. Exhausted from a long day and too hungry to argue, I let it go at the time. But when I got home and checked my spending records, I realized there was indeed a 20 shortage. This was not an illusion due to hunger but rather a clear case of being cheated by the counter staff. I'm incredibly disappointed by this dishonest behavior. Management needs to address this to prevent others from being cheated like I was. Please ensure your staff conducts themselves with honesty and integrity.

This incident happend on 21st July 2024 @ 1.47pm. The billing staff was totally rude in answering to the questions. Apart from the food available on the display screen there were other varities available at the counter. The menu wasn't updated. Next coming to the billing experience, they have 2 counters, 1 for GPay & other for cash. I was in Gpay line, ordered food items paid by scanning & the other person who was in cash line ordered & the staff asked me to pay, i told it wasn't my order. He told the lady to order in next counter. I ordered my 2nd item (Meals @ 35) & the scanner showed the lady's value, so i paid with the previous payment screen. The amount got debited & was succesful. The billing staff told me, I told you to scan not pay on previous mode. I repaid the same value using scan & when i asked about the repayment, he told its not credited, contact GPay. Now after a week, Gpay is telling its credited to the merchant. Never expected this kind of service from trust. Kindly change the billing person or else you'll spoil your hard earned name.
