Poor customer service, refused to bill using happy hours offer, also for the kid who billed next to me. Worst reply given by counter person. Spoiling brand name.

While the food was good, I experienced the worst customer service here today. Out of two employees only one was working while the other was just seated outside the store with his phone. Cold coffee was ordered and there were no cups to serve it in, so the guy had to run out to buy cups while the one seated outside asked him to simply serve the coffee in an empty Nutella container saying that's how I served a customer yesterday da.. Simply use an empty nutella container. I have no idea why this guy is getting paid to simply sit outside and be on his phone. The person who went out to get the coffee cups was gone for quite sometime so I ask this guy to serve me the coffee in atleast an empty nutella container as we were waiting for sometime and he asks me to wait inside while looking at his phone. Pathetic customer service. I hope this improves and the owner warns this guy.

The only good thing about this place is the waffle. They are delicious and sized as per one's needs. We tried the mini waffwich box of 4- all of which were yummy. It's priced reasonably as well. The reason they lost two stars in the review is due to their customer service and space. Three of us went on a Saturday evening and there was a couple who had occupied the high table. Even after they left we couldn't sit there as there are only two high stools. It's difficult to share while sitting side by side on a bench so we brought in a plastic chair from outside. The two staff at the counter were least bothered while we struggled with the seating. Even during billing they were busy watching cricket match. The previous evening we had been to Baskin Robbins outlet around the same corner as this waffle store and I can't help but compare with their cheerful customer service. Despite tasty waffles you will be chasing away customers if you don't work on customer service and adding extra stools.

This place will give you worst 30 mins of your day and not recommended for ladies to visit this place.

A very compact space makes it to give them a 4 star. The waffles were yummy! Only disadvantage is only 5-6 people can sit and eat there at once!
