I ordered paneer biryani, but it was just tomato rice with paneer - not authentic at all. The flavors were bland and nothing like real biryani. Overall, a disappointing experience with no response from the staff.
We tried veg biriyani and parotta at lunch time. Veg biriyani was an average taste less, parotta is good and budget friendly hotel
Writing review minutes after coming out of this Worst hotel near temple. Worst service I've ever experienced in my life....the hotel staff ignored us right from the moment we entered the hotel. I personally requested the cleaning person to clean the table so that my family can sit. Except for meals other items take forever to reach your table. The staff aren't friendly, they feel like they are giving food for free though they are charging 150+taxes for single meals. Never recommend this hotel.
Went for dinner and ate tiffin which was good. South Indian tiffin items are good and also waiting time was comparatively less compared to the crowd at restaurant. Overall good experience and Nice dinner. Very close to Raja gopuram.
I was disappointed with my experience at this establishment. The staff appeared unresponsive and inattentive, even when approached directly. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet expectations, and the pricing did not reflect the overall standard of taste or service. Improvements in both customer service and food quality would be greatly appreciated.
The prices in the menu card is different with actual bill. When I asked on it they responded like you should have asked about price while ordering. The way they took the order and the behavior is worst.
Giving review minutes after coming out of this Worst behaviour and worst management from the restaurant called 'Hotel Kanna'. Wow...very tasty . Especially, we have ordered Kanna hotels special (panneer related & butter nan) was awesome. Opposite to main Thiruvanmali east temple street. A must try this hotel for breakfast, lunch , dinner.
