1. Staff's behaviour is worst while intimation of changing place from sofa to normal chair. 2. As the name implies as Topi vappa biryani-No availability of Biryani @ Sunday evening. 3. Before giving the menu in table , staff asked for order after 25 mins. 4. Waiting period is long time after ordering - approx time - 45 mins. 5. banana leaf is not properly cut , middle portion of stem is above the plate. So its not even.( images attached) 6. Before starters, Main dish came - chicken fried rice. Starters came after 20 mins. 7. Staff response is very poor 8. Totally it takes 1.45 hrs in hotel for receiving just 4 dish. 9. Food is fairly good. 10. No car parking available. Kindly look into the Staff behaviour and service to customers. Deceived by Ratings.

Beware of fraud cashier saminathan.. We dined in as a crowd around 80 members after a function. We paid advance of Rs.10000 two days before. 1. We had a list of guests we invited. We knew who attended the function. Who ate biryani there and who took parcels. The cashier fraudulently added around 13 biryanis extra in the bill which we couldn't verify there. But verified after reaching home. We double checked the list of guests from the gift covers. And a week later, we verified the number of guests from photographs also. 2. Not just biryani he added extra goli soda and ice creams also and excused like mistake. We easily found it because the actual count were less than 10. 3. They took money Rs. 27000 in personal Gpay not comapny's gpay. They issued voucher only. Not the bill with GST. This is another red flag. 4. Received a call next day from Trichy head quarters for service and food quality. They were not aware of this huge bill. They only asked for Rs.1200 bill which we had at the last separatlely. They did not provide any discount or freebies. At least should have been honest. Really we do not recommend this fraud restaurant. Most of the reviews look fake now. Read negative reviews carefully and decide to go there.

Topi vappa branch in Tiruvannamalai tasted same as chennai branch except for the rice. The rice did not look like regular basmati. Might be a different brand. We tried tandoori chicken which tasted really good. Highly recommend it.

Worst service and customer response from hotel management Not worth for your money

Food is nice and chicken is cooked so well and watery. Oil is high. Price is on the higher side. Fresh Juices are available. No space for car parking. Nice Atmosphere and Ambience is pleasing.

I bought chicken bucket Biriyani for 900. Totally worthless Biriyani. As someone said it was not like didndigul biriyani style or ambur style or Hyderabadi style.. it tasted just like tomato rice They should rename the menu from biriyani to tomato rice. Why they want to cheat in name of biriyani. If you are biriyani lover.. then say BIG NO to this shop If you want to eat tomato rice, u may like. Service is good Ambiance is good Food packed fast Chicken 65 is good Raita doesn't have any curd on it Brinjal gravy is average Overall i am not satisfied
