I had a very disappointing experience with Sri Restaurant, Udumalpet. I ordered chapathi, and it was absolutely terrible - dry, rubbery, and completely inedible. But what made the situation worse was the rude behavior of the hotel staff when I raised the issue. Instead of acknowledging the problem or offering a solution, they were dismissive and spoke very rudely, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Poor food is bad enough, but disrespectful service makes it even worse. I will not be ordering from here again, and I do not recommend this place to anyone expecting decent food or basic courtesy.
Loved the food n soo much varietys ...soo hard too choose and all the dishes were reasonable n nice ...i ordered 6 all were nice n flavourful...
lunch at this hotel was a true culinary delight. The menu offered a wonderful variety of dishes and presented beautifully. I especially enjoyed the perfectly cooked main courses. The staff was friendly and attentive. A perfect midday meal .

Most of the time, side dishes are not available. Last time I ordered a full meal,there is no papad. Previously, ordered parota, non veg is not available. They behave like road side hotels.

Food is tasty & nice taste & flavourful with authentic south indian dishes. Good ambience...
Best non veg hotel in town. All dishes were really tasty and worth for the money. Masala were also moderate , kids enjoyed the most. Must try place!!!
