Vaniyambadi Khaja Restaurant

Visited here for lunch at around 12:15 PM on a sunday. Easily one of the best biriyani in Vaniyambadi. Worth detouring from the highway to taste this Mutton Biriyani, 200g Chicken 65/Pakoda and Arisi Payasam. Quantity was good for a heavy eater like me. The only drawback being service, which was not fast enough to take order and provide any response for the queries raised related to delay. Apart from this, parking woes are there as very few bikes can be parked near the restaurant and no car parking was visible to me in nearby surroundings. But these woes will be easily compensated for the taste of food. So, it's worth visiting to savour a delicious biriyani and dessert.

One of the best Restaurant in Vaniyambadi for Authentic Biriyani, Kebabs, Parotta, Paya. Not too far from Highway close by to Main Bus stand. Hotel people were helpful to park the Car. Not a spacious restaurant however good food makes up for that.

This is one of the most popular hotels for authentic Basmati rice biryani in Vaniyambadi, and it boasts a good ambiance. The mutton biryani is particularly famous, costing 300. The pieces are tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can also buy some chicken starters like Tandoori, BBQ, and Alfaham.

Despite the hype in Google reviews, this restaurant delivered a very average experience. The biryani ( mutton) , while tasty, didn't justify the high price point. Chicken biriyani is bad.. What truly soured the meal was the constant pressure for tips from every staff member. Furthermore, the absence of a menu card was unacceptable. When I requested one, I was told they didn't have any and questioned what I needed. This lack of transparency regarding pricing is unacceptable for an establishment that presents itself as an AC dining restaurant.

I bought parathas at Gaja restaurant today.They gave the salna to touch the paratha and eat it. The fly was dead in that salna.Kaja Hotel has made such dirty Salna

Best paya fry and biryani in vaniyambadi. The service also vey good. Visited multiple times and not disappointed. Only thing is little bit overpriced.

Average briyani . not as expected. Chicken tandoori is cooked with full of artifical colour masala . Mutton briyani meats are half baked ..

Had ordered Chicken Biriyani, Tandoori chicken, Chappathis, Paya and Payasam. I would say the taste wasnt exceptional as mentioned in some of the reviews. They are good. The Chappathis were big and soft. The paya was okayish. Tandoori chicken was good. It was evenly cooked and the pieces were soft ad well. The payasam was okayish too. The ambience looked as if the interiors and the furnishings were done recently. They look good. You may have to climb stairs to get to the first floor as the ground floor looks very crowded often. The car parking is very tough to find during peak hours. The cleanliness is okayish. Overall, if you are hungry and dont have an option in Vaniyambadi, you can try out Khaja.
