They do have a/c and non ac restaurant. Also have bakery nearby. Food items are good in taste. If you need Chola puri during dinner time, you need to be early to be there. Dosa, idly, idiyappam, chapathi are all good in taste.
A very good option to have breakfast on the Chennai Bangalore highway. Good food, clean rest rooms and plenty of parking. Service was efficient. They have both ac and non AC sections. Good value of money.
Update:The quality of food has gone down a little nowadays. Meals were not good with everything tasting bland. Please bring back the standards as before. The sweet corn soup was too thick and tasted like cornflour in water. Veg biryani was ok.
A good Andhra style restaurant serving vegetarian food on the Chennai Bangalore Highway at Ranipet between Ranipet and Chittoor. Nice ambience. Good Food. Superb service. Courteous Staff. Servicing staff required more stars. South Indian Meals available from 12 Noon till 3.45 PM.
The only place for a tea break in the highway we came along on the way to Chittor from Chennai. Neat and crowded in the evening.
I travel very frequently between Bangalore and Madras and in countless times I never stopped in this Amirtha restaurant though I see it all time. Today I wanted to try and it was indeed a pleasant surprise that food was amazing and excellent that too for very reasonable rates. Service was so good as staff are very polite and kind. Highly recommended for good food. Only thing is it is not a very hifi looking ambience restaurant and a normal veg restaurant. so those who are particular about ambience may not be very comfortable but for the amazing food they should try for sure. I suggested them to serve in plantain leaf instead of normal plates as that will enhance this restaurants good food. Overall happy I tried this restaurant and hereafter it will be a good food stop.
This restaurant serves great food with good hospitality All Dishes were tasty and comforting during a tiring road trip Servers were also kind and pleasing Clean restrooms and ample space for parking Overall a must stop for hunger and refreshment
Extremely satisfying food!! Have set this hotel even in my return root. Been long time having well toasted parota with layers Taste is too good !! Best place for highway travelers, maintained well
