China Town

China Town is one of the very few restaurants in Vellore where proper 'Indian-Chinese' dishes are served. It is located just adjacent to CMC main campus. We ordered chicken sweet corn soup, mixed fried rice and chicken in oyster sauce. The soup was good but I felt the chunks of chicken could have been a bit more. The fried rice and chicken was decent enough and had good flavours as well. The ambience is subtle, the interior is nothing grand but it has the vibe of a restaurant 20-30 years back, which I liked cause it brought back nostalgia for me. Another thing which I liked is they served the cold drink directly in its bottle, which is rare nowadays. Some may dislike that, and some may like. If you're fond of Chinese food , this place is worth a visit in Vellore.

Amazing food definitely recommend for desi Chinese. Would love to come again. Recommended.

It's a third grade restaurant. They simply cheats with the dishes. I tried gold coin chicken which had no chunks of chicken. I ordered hot peeper chicken dry. It contained very tiny chunks of chicken.

My favourite place in Vellore. Best Chinese restaurant with variety of dishes. Do try China town special noodles, ginger pork, fried wantons and julienne chicken. I will definitely miss this place when i leave Vellore. One of the few restaurants in Vellore which serves pork and it's really worth the price with a very affordable rate.

Delectable dishes to dine in with the family. Ambience wise nothing much has changed in the last decade. Taste wise top notch and the service too is fantastic. Must try Julienne Chicken Beef Manchurian Prawn masala. Children liked the Man chow soup. Overall worth spending your time for food. If u book tables before you need not wait long.

Very Much Disappointed, Today I Bought Mushroom Soup in China Town Restaurant, It's Around Cost Rs.110/-. But it's really not worth for money also it's looks like Water Melting Mushroom, not have Proper Pepper. It's looks very worst looks like hot water + salt with melting mushroom. Don't ever anyone try this restaurant for mushroom soup, Please Don't Waste Your Money, Choose Some Other Restaurant. Be Aware Everyone. I also attached my bill copy.

i ordered crispy veg wonton which tasted very amazing! BUT we also ordered Chicken Clear Soup with rice noodles. and that was the most horrible food i had ever eaten at a restaurant. the fried noodles smelt completely like rotten dalda oil. after taking only one bite my stomach is upset and it was genuinely nauseating.
