McDonald's

Parking near the place. Away from the traffic. Food and combo offers are good. Clean washroom! But service and ambiance could improve. Lots of flies. For some reason, our order was ready and at the counter but waiter never bought it to us. They asked us to wait and said will serve at the table. We couldn't be sure that it was our order waiting at the counter. Saw lots of other orders go out. Finally, I had to go there and ask. Then they brought it to our table. All that time it was in the open with the flies.

I am disappointed with the order facilities (kiosk) and no drinks were available (coke/smoothie) in this hot summer. They said the machine was not working. I never faced this situation in any McDonald's place. Unhappy

Usual fast food with good service. Though they didn't have many items on the menu when we visited, manager was considerate to replace most with equivalent items.

This is a good option for choosing snacks & desert items.. I've tried American Mud Pie which was really good. *But the self-ordering kiosk was disturbed so we had to pay via counter & there was a price difference when we chose through the machine but paid more*...(hope this problem is being fixed now)

It's awesome as always I really don't understand why people are giving less rating. Have been to McD since 2015. The quality, service, ambience is awesome as it is in Metros in Bangalore and Chennai. The taste is best Delivery time was good The staff are very friendly and faster Mcchicken or the fries, it tastes as it is for the last 8 years Even had kiosk for ordering ourself which is very smooth and good process though 6/5 stars

Ambience was excellent... But only ambiance can't run a restaurant successfull... Price is bit high on the other side... Taste wise need a lot of improvement...

Had a great meal here. Not gonna lie, the price is expensive for a burger. But I liked the veg maharaja mac burger very much. And the cheesy dip flavour is not good. I didn't like the tandoori flavored one. The fries were good. And the pizza puff is also good. However, it is recommended for people who are hungry and want to spend time here. The joker statue outside the McDonald's is more popular than the burger itself.

Plenty of space and seating available. Party hall also available. Ambience is good. Service need to be faster. Few Staff members are nice and polite. Veg and Non veg options available. McDonald Burgers and Frei's are always good in Taste. Vending Machine available for quick orders. Recommended to use their Mobile Application to get offers and discount. Parking available. Servicing staff is little Lazy.
