There is no 0 stars otherwise I would have given that. Worst ever customer experience and food experience in Vellore hotels. The supplier mainly begs for tips and he always stands near cash counter. He never asks what the customer wants. I think poor management don't give them salary they beg from customers rather than caring them.
Food is affordable nd taste wise good but ,service very poor last tym very disappointment

Tea master was very worst and rude behaviour with customer while asking why not serving the first come first serve... He serves first only to police officer and well known person... Further, Tea cash counter billing old staff has hearing problem not able to hear and not capable of giving seamless service to the customer.. All snack items near tea counter were kept open not cover flies were sitting in all snacks. don't have basic food handling knowledge Fssai inspector should do an audit this place. This is totally bad and worst service.. Both the staff should be changed.
Good food and hygiene polite service
Very good experience for Non-veg food. morning 11:00 am from Biryani specialist for chicken and mutton. And also evening dinner start from 6:00pm Grill, tandoori, shawarma, fried rice, Noodles, Naan and Roti both items super taste. Very good service
Veg hotel... I tried idiyappam and my favourite vadacurry... And curd rice... At very low price
