Pallikonda Toll Plaza - Vellore

Every day I'm going via that route only, but sometimes i will go via bus sometime via Car it depends. Toll plaza is very clean, many workers'are working very efficiently but the problem is most of the vehicles crossing without the order mentioned in the Green board above. Why is this happening, because the plaza people haven't warning the drivers, so everyone moving just like that. Otherwise all other things available there like Restrooms, provisions, all other stuffs and refreshment drinks. And this is the best and fast way to go Chennai and all other south districts of Tamil Nadu.

This toll plaza is maintained by l&t. Roads are well maintained. It would be much better if all the 5 toll counters in this toll plaza are installed with fastag as the fastag users find it difficult to follow up in one single counter (counter 4). Service is quick and good. Has restroom facilities and also has ambulance for emergency. Roads are well maintained.

I have gone pallikonda toll plaza several times over the years. I have not encountered any congestion as such. In addition, it is maintained Cleaner with restrooms.

Worst experience....no proper maintenance Nd most of the sensors not working properly....always got confusion....

If your from Gudiyatham and want to travel to Bangalore. Don't get down in palikonda, so many express bus won't stop. Get down in palikonda toll plaza and catch the bus. Easy way to catch highway Rider and express buses.
