I visited Pratheepa Hotel to buy Malli Idly (3 pieces). When they handed me the parcel, I requested extra Vadacurry instead of the Sambar. However, a staff member in the kitchen rudely refused, saying no extra would be provided, and even gestured for me to leave. This was extremely poor customer service and displayed a lack of basic manners. If they continue to treat customers this way, their reputation will soon decline to nothing.

The food and service was okay. Its a really good place. Ketchup didn't taste good at all.
