Le Raj Courtyard

It was the worst experience in my life time, I never expected I will stay with lot of bugs around me. The staffs are good but the maintenance is very bad, even they dont clean the glass in the bathroom. Food was full of mud, I faced this 4 to 5 days in my 14 days stay.

We had a worst experience. We a group of 25+ people checked in on 17th April. First of all there is no functioning A/C. When we informed the staff they said it will be fine in 10 mins. But till we checked out next day it was not functioning. Secondly they served very poor quality food. Expired food items and food of very low quality

worst service in best location. 4 hours without Ac .And they provided expired chocos and cornflakes also we Need to wash all plates and glasses before breakfast. very pathetic experience

We booked this hotel based on 4 star rating in Google maps, but got pathetic experience. AC rooms were having smell and AC itself was not working. Parking area floor were having nails which could possibly give a tyre puncture. Worst and pathetic experience

It was a wonderful experience, staff were friendly and available 24/7 it was an amazing experience.If your planning to visit Chennai this hotel is the best options from the others. The food was amazing and was a variety of dishes they had options for both vegetarian as well as non vegetarian. We thank all the staff for the efforts and time.

I recently stayed at Le Raj courtyard and it was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. Where do I even begin? The place feels incredibly unsafe. The locks on the doors were broken. I was constantly worried about my safety during the stay, especially when I heard strange noises from the hallway late at night. There were no security personnel in sight, and the entrance felt too open to anyone off the street. Room service is Non-existent! I requested towels multiple times, and they never arrived. When I called to ask about it, I was either put on hold for ages or rudely told that "they're busy." I had to reuse dirty towels for my entire stay, which is completely unacceptable. The room was filthy. The bed linens were stained, and it looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks. There was dust everywhere, and the carpet felt grimy underfoot. But the worst part? The washroom. Absolutely disgusting! All i got was as a bucket and jug. There was mold all over the shower, the toilet wasn't cleaned, and the smell was unbearable. I can't believe they think it's okay to put guests in such an unhygienic . The worst aspect of my stay had to be the overall lack of cleanliness. The entire hotel reeked of stale air, and it was clear the place hadn't seen a deep cleaning in years. To top it off, I saw several bugs crawling in the bathroom and even in the hallway. All in all, staying here was a nightmare. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and outright disgusted. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. Absolutely awful!

Very nice service and they are very nice. The rooms r neat and clean but the bathroom is a bit old but the room is really nice! Will recommend this hotel but bathroom has it improve a bit! Very safe to stay here. The food is also very good and tasty.
