The first good thing is the ambiance , the ambiance is good and it has a big dining facility upstairs. Ac was good. The poor thing is service, too much delay and no proper response. Places are not cleaned properly even after customers leave they are cleaning tables. Ordered pizza which is not great and taco below average. Overall I can say not worth..

Delivery service is the worst, almost one hr late always for a place that's 5 mins away from my home, and even if they come 1 hr late, cold and half baked pizzas is what u get, no point complaining as well, either you get no response or a fake apology to continue the same bad service, going to the place is even worse, they don't even treat you as a customer there, overall this branch is probably the worst in chennai, pls just eat from some other place

Delicious slices and excellent service! They delivers on flavor with their perfectly crispy crust, generous toppings. The staff is efficient. Clean dining area and little priceyy.A good spot for pizza lovers. Highly recommend trying their cheese volcano pizza .Even better if they had halal chicken for me to taste their yummy chickens,hope they make it in future.

Regular pizza size is getting smaller as the year goes by but the rate has increased ! Dined here for lunch and had a decent experience ! Make sure your pizza has enough toppings else take a picture and file a complaint ! Sometimes these guys loot by providing less toppings !

Visited @dominos_india Vettuvankeni in Chennai Tamil Nadu, today after ages. Ordered a capsicum + paneer pizza (114) and was told, "We'll serve it soon." Guess what? I waited 1 hour 20 minutes, starving -- only to be told, "Oops, we forgot your order." Disgraceful. At 1 PM, I was already hungry. You made me wait until 2:20 PM -- not because you were busy, but because you simply forgot. Meanwhile, other dine-in orders placed after mine were served. Deliveries rushed out. So dine-in customers don't matter anymore? And one more thing -- where is the drinking water? Even roadside stalls in summer and theatres offer free water. But Domino's? Not even a cup. Just Pepsi and Coke on the shelves. Are you seriously pushing customers to buy cold drinks just to quench thirst? Shameful. We're paying to eat, not begging for basic human needs.

This review is for our order on Mar 25,2025 . I ordered Big Big 6 in 1 - Non veg pizza for takeaway. After almost 30 min delivery person called and asked for directions . Within few minutes the order was updated as delivered in the app. I noticed after 10 mins ( after the first call with delivery person ) and called the delivery person and he told he was on his way . Order was delivered after 3-5 mins after second call. Now to the pizza. I had paid Rs 899 + taxes and expected atleast a warm if not hot pizza . But pizza was not warm and was very very salty. There were 6 different types of chicken toppings and I tried eating the chicken alone to see if they are ok but all the toppings were salty. Real disappointment. I had raised this issue with customer care and they've informed someone will call after 24 hours. Waiting ......

Todays I am visiting in ECR Domino's Pizza, My order was Launch compo it's very comfortable price and Enough eat in one single person and one child....

Overall quality was bad. The bread was also stale. We couldn't even eat it and disposed it in trash. Nowadays domino's loosing the trust. I have registered the complaint but again its was forwarded to same outlet and they're not ready to apologise. Just they're offering refunds and asking photos. Is this good way to resolving solutions?? And No customer support. Didn't expect this kind of approach from Domino's.
