I had been a huge fan of this place in childhood but then had a break and got a chance to try it recently. The person who runs the shop now is bit arrogant and he has his own reasons to be so.. the taste is also not like how it had been before. I waited almost 1hour to get 5 parota and a chicken started instead he could have told me to try other shops .

Taste nice wow sema service sema respect super

I like many road side shops. But from this one I had a bad experience. Cost equally to Big hotels in virudhunagar. Taste is below average. In kothukari you can rarely find mutton, because it is same as normal plain gravy. And I don't know how it is allowed to block the passage of the street for a shop? The hotel can be placed little side to the the pathway and one or more labour may be assigned for cleaning tables. Because with the same hand which he cleaned the tables, he serve the Parotta and made it pieces. Please concentrate in Taste which can match the price. 2 Parotta, mutton kothhu kari with kalakki costs Rs. 210. But taste not justifies the price.

One of the favourites of the locals. A street corner eatery, been there in the same place for decades. Parotta mashed and served with chicken or mutton tastes amazing. Pigeon gravy is their speciality. Can't ignore the egg dosa (beaten with batter or on top) and egg valliyal Another unique thing is that they turn 100% veg on Fridays

One of best food on earth (Especially Parotta - kothukari). Me and brother have been a fan of this shop last 30 years. We vist our native town many times now specifically with plans to eat in this shop Parotta - Kothukari in this shop is one of best ever combos (Top 5 in the food options of my life traveling to over 15 countries trying different food being a foodie)

Ya it's good . One of the best hotel in virudhunagar . Well it's not a place to spend time with family . Rather with friends . I liked dishes like mutton chukka and nattu kozhi fry . We can taste good Parottas here. vaalllai ilai proottttaa is one of the best selling dishes here . Mm , have fun by tasting dishes here .
