A lovely Kashmiri based restaurant...went for breakfast ....buffet menu..well prepared items ..mainly south indian , eggs and cornflakes. Shahid helped us with the dishes. Lovely ambiance. It's not well visible from the main road so may miss it if you drive fast. Definitely worth a visit. The lunch and dinner options are fabulous ..however was travelling and could not stop for the same

Hello Food lovers ! I am sitting at Habba Kadal ..I've been transported to Kashmir! The platters flowed and the music played. Melodies unheard for ages. The vegetarian range is phenomenal. Saatvic and delightful. Great welcome and cultured service. May we have a Habba Kadal in every corner for the world!!!

The quality of food and the variety on the menu at Habba Kadal, is probably the best in these parts. Since the kitchen is automated, the cleanliness and hygiene, as also the quality and consistency of taste is ensured. The staff are friendly and extremely courteous. Dining at Habba Kadal is an experience that you will remember for a long time.

Stayed here over with my family, just loved the place, ambience and great food. The rooms were spacious, clean with great view. Staff were very polite and courteous from the time of check-in throughout our stay. They went out of way to accommodate all our requests. Not to forget the tasty Kashmiri cuisine made our stay much more pleasant. They have some great kashmiri food which the whole family enjoyed. We would highly recommend this place and will look forward to visit again.

Had an amazing stay! The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The service was excellent--staff were polite and always helpful. Shahid was always standing beside us in case if we needed anything. What really stood out was the kashmiri food--absolutely delicious with good variety and fresh ingredients. The ambience was calm and welcoming with kashmir's local charm. Literally felt like a home. Soft lighting, tasteful decor, and a peaceful atmosphere made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Whether dining or relaxing, the vibe was cozy and refreshing.Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable stay with great food. Will definitely come back!

They were always there with a smile, anticipating our needs, and ensuring we had everything we required during our stay. The ambiance was simply breathtaking. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy charm that made us feel right at home. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. The services provided were top-notch, with every request being handled promptly and professionally. A Hidden Gem with Kashmiri Charm in the Nilgiris! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Habba Kadal Kashmiri Heritage Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The interiors are beautifully decorated with authentic Kashmiri artwork and wooden carvings, which gave the place a unique and cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the property--lush tea gardens and misty hills--was simply breathtaking. We also dined at their in-house Kashmiri restaurant, and the Roganjosh and Dum Aloo were simply delicious. Special mention to the staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. If you're looking for something serene, culturally rich, and different from typical hill station hotels, this is the perfect spot. Wr got early check-in and late check out without paying anything extra. Special mention to Mithun who is ready to help us in any time. Highly recommended!

We were group of 29 people from madurai...we booked 11 rooms in total and buffet was arranged for us..the taste of the food was very good and the rooms were very unique and different. The climate was great and only thing that was a little concerning and problematic was Mr. Shahid's hospitality towards our group. He wasn't sure of what was happening in the kitchen. I had personally spoken to decide the menu and I was sure of what was being served, but he denied us twice the before said menu. He had a sarcastic smile that was disrespectful to all of us. I eventually observed that he served better to the other north indian crowd and such a behaviour from a person in a hospitality service I highly unhealthy. His only behavior ruined our eating experience as whole though the food was delicious. I hope people above him notice his behaviour and change his attitude. One thing I would greatly appreciate is their willingness to accept our criticism and change things immediately to satisfy such a big crowd.Mr.Sanjay helped us all over and changed the menu immediately and had put efforts to change things for better.I also appreciate Mr. Mithun's service for our group. Overall we enjoyed the trip as a group but a little tweaks from their side would make things even better.
