Touchstone Resort, Yelagiri Hills

Very good hotel. The rooms where all full but still service was excellent. We booked before 3weeks. We came as a family trip and booked 5 rooms for two night stay at 4th and 5th November. Swimming pool was neat and clear water. Kids play area was awesome. We enjoyed a lot with our family, we will surely visit again and also refer this hotel for my friends and relatives. Keep it up Touchstone. See you soon .

I would recommend google to give negative stars and still I would select the lowest possible for this 3rd rated property.Useless and pathetic. There is nothing here , never plan here by seeing this pics. All are probably 10 years old. Rooms were smelly and there is no proper hot water facilities. 2600 INR / night they charge not at all worth. 90 Rs per glass milk they charge for baby. I have not seen this much costly milk in 5Star hotels as well Reply to Mr. Owner, I never stayed such a pathetic hotel like this kindly don't teach me how to use the hot water system which was used in our grandparents time. We checked in by 09.00 pm and you and your useless team made us to wait till 11.00 pm. With out even any guilt only sake of earning money sending good pictures to clients and providing worst ever rooms. I can't consider that in room category. While checking out you collected 180 INR if you forget check with your reception camera if you have memory issues. Thank you.

Hi All....stayed at this resort last weekend rooms are spacious and the resort has a swimming pool and a table tennis table and one kids trampoline. You have easy accessible to other tourists spots lake, park and fundera. Room cost were on the higher side...i would say 2.5k would be apt for this place. They don't have a restaurant and cant server morning breakfast. You have to drive 10 mins for a pure veg hotel. And you need to make a short off road drive to reach this location. I wont recommend for a family with kids. But okay for corporate and bachelor group.

I went with my family for Christmas holidays.. The picture of the room they sent vs the room we stayed was totally different.. And the odour from the room is not at all pleasant..we checked in around 9p.m and my husband was waiting for the hot water till 11p.m and he slept off even without facewash since the water was tooo cold, even in the morning we didn't get hot water after the waiting time they suggested and no proper service at all. More over they charged 90rs for medium size tumbler milk for my baby.. We just stayed a night and jumped to the other hotel. Without breakfast 2600 per night is way too much for the room .. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here... Very bad experience..

We visit this property on 30th Sept for 2 days. The hotel room was in very good condition in 2nd floor, lifts functioned well, clean toilets and hot water service. Most importantly the location is centre point to the lake and market nearby, as Yelagiri is a small hill town to visit. Though there are rooms in the property for our requirements. We paid more for good service and good quality room. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful stay. I recommend for stay based on your preference on room. Regards, Rowena

Good for family and couple. Rooms are big but need little more cleaning and maintenance, it has good swimming pool and amenities to play games with a kids zone. Food is decent but the service needs more quicker. The bar needs little more good ambience. Campfire was really nice with music play arranged by resort team. The lake, park and adventure activities are just 2 minutes walk from this resort using back gate of lake that connects to boating as well.

It was a awesome room to place a visit for the weekend.. and more comfortable services..

I had been in touchstone resort for two days and we were a team of people stayed there, and it was an office trip.We had a great time in the resort with all full fledged facilities available inside.The lakeside scenary from resort view was awesome. The place inside for games and events was spacious and comfortable... For sure will revisit this resort and recommend to friends and family too.
