Kakatiya Resorts Laknavaram

The rooms are well-maintained and that's it. No proper Wi -Fi and TV signal. They are charging 3500/- to 4500/- per night which is not worth. It's not worthy of more than 1500/- to 2000/- per night. The property doesn't justify to be called a resort. The staff is very rude and arrogant. Very limited food options available (just 1-2 items). Pool is not working. Water rides aren't working. Not safe to stay for even a night. Very bitter experience.

Over cost with facilities nothing complementary with room swimming charged for 400 Foods cost is too high with very little quantity with no quality Location of bridge is good and need to room only plus point of this resort Though its a resort no activity to do

Nice rooms, they have some water games. Nice location and manager Jeevan is nice person to interact with.

before So, I went to this place, and they said it was 2500 per room, but then they Demanded 4000 after I got in..... Worst experience ever! I don't have an option to leave or argue this mindless people... Food ordered at 8pm came by 10 that too pathetic.... Rude behavior of staff... Never ever try to go this place Strictly......

Worst experience I had in staying here for a night.. won't get minimum facilities ( Wifi, TV, Fridge) here they were telling due to monkeys TV and Wifi are not working ,even if Wifi works signal will not reach you inside the room but they are charging 3500/- to 4500/- for 1 day ..this resort is not even worth for 2000/- .If you have a plan to visit & stay near laknavaram don't prefer this resort and we don't have good resorts available here for family or with group of friends if you still wanted to go here then I'm sure it will give you a very bad experience and this report not safe also and you will not get variety of food options ( very minimal food items) Note : Through Laknavaram road is under repair , road works recently started so it takes 3 to 6 months to complete.

Extremely poor experience. I have never seen such stupid receptionist. The hotel has limited number of tables. He said hotel no tables left . We asked him, that we have plates in car, just parcle our food. He had the food ready. We saw the food in big vessel. He refused to parcle the food. He said, he will not give food outside restaurant. And then he gave some local guy food. This guy ill treated us and discriminated us because we were not local. If u are someone who isn't from Telangna, please don't go to this hotel/resort.

Food items limited but tasty, service time is a bit on high side
