It's a good place for outing with kids. There are lot of options for kids to play and enjoy. It's a huge place and they have a big restaurant to accommodate lot of people. I have visited this place twice. This time I went with my friends while returning from Kurnool to Hyderabad. We ordered one non veg platter for starters, one mutton Mandi and one chicken Mandi. Non veg platter was good, both the taste and the quantity of the items is good. But we were highly dissatisfied with both the chicken and mutton Mandi. Rice was flavorless and the meat was very dry. This place is expensive compared to any restaurant in the city. This place is always busy and the staff are always in a hurry to make you eat quickly and leave the place so that they can accommodate others. Since it's far from the city, you need to make lot of efforts to reach this place in the traffic, and the kind of service that you get for that price and efforts is not worth. You can visit this place once just for the overall experience.

Palm Arabia - Gandiguda (Near Shamshabad Airport) Palm Arabia is a visually appealing and peaceful spot located in Gandiguda, right next to Shamshabad Airport. The ambience is serene and thoughtfully designed, making it a refreshing place to visit, especially for families. The entire setup resembles a lively village, offering a wide range of activities--from food courts to play zones, camel and horse safaris, go-karting, and quaint cafes serving ice creams and beverages. The venue offers a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Arabian, and Chinese. While the food options are diverse, the taste is average and doesn't quite match up to the high pricing. They have multiple seating arrangements ranging from basic local-style seating to more private family cottages, which adds to the overall charm. Palm Arabia is definitely a great weekend hangout spot, especially for families with kids. It's also a dream location for photo enthusiasts, with plenty of scenic backgrounds for pictures. However, there are some major downsides that need serious attention. The washroom facilities are absolutely terrible--probably the worst part of the experience. The entire washroom area was filled with clogged, stagnant water and broken commodes, making it impossible to even step inside. It was extremely unhygienic and a huge letdown, especially in a place that otherwise promotes family outings. The game zone was also disappointing. I upgraded my play card expecting access to a wider range of games, but found that only a few gaming stations were actually functional. It turned out to be a waste of money, as the number of working games didn't justify the cost of the upgraded card. In summary, while Palm Arabia offers a visually attractive and entertaining atmosphere with unique experiences like safaris and go-karts, it falls short in food quality, value for money, and basic maintenance--especially in terms of hygiene and functionality. Worth visiting once for the ambience and photo ops, but not ideal for regular outings unless improvements are made. Another important point to note is that Palm Arabia is quite far from the city. It's close to the airport, but due to ongoing traffic and road conditions, the journey can be long and tiring--especially on weekends.

Activities: Lots of fun options for kids and families like camel rides, horse rides, train rides, shooting, archery, and indoor games. Beach volleyball and cricket nets are also available for teens and adults. Cafe Arabiana: If you're hungry and don't want to wait, Cafe Arabiana is your best bet. It's a fast food restaurant, a bit on the expensive side, but the taste is genuinely good and service is quick and polite. Highly recommended over the main restaurant. Main Restaurant (Kabul Darbar) - Poor Management: Unfortunately, the main dining experience was very disappointing. We sat for 15-20 minutes, and no one came to take our order -- not even water or a menu. We observed that almost every table had the same issue -- people waiting around, trying to get the staff's attention, and eventually walking out. There seems to be zero coordination between staff, and no one bothers to check on the guests. This needs serious improvement. Best to Visit in the Evening: Lights make the venue look magical after sunset. Go Straight to Cafe Arabiana if you're hungry -- skip the main restaurant unless management improves. Weekends Can Be Crowded, so arrive early or make reservations for huts/events. Entry Is Free, but activities and food are chargeable. Palm Arabiana has great potential and is worth visiting for its ambience, rides, and family-friendly atmosphere. But the poor management at the main restaurant pulls down the overall experience.

Wonder ful place for complete family recreation. Rides, water games for kids, horse ride, camel ride are must try. The most beautiful part which I liked was the plane sight seeing in skies is astonishing view. Neat, clean and hygienic.

Had gone for super sehri which costed $ 786 Only and items were Good such as gurda & kaleji, fish, mutton kheema. Only issue was Soft drink was not available even at extra cost. Overall great place for family, kids & events.

Traveling 40 km away from the city was a complete waste of time. Came to a buffet yesterday, and the experience was disappointing. The food was tasteless and lacked hygiene. The coriander chicken was excessively salty, and the mutton keema had chicken mixed in. When we questioned the staff, they had no response. The utensils were not cleaned properly, and even after complaining at the counter, there was no response from them. No proper maintainance.

Good place for kebabs and Arabian items. We have tried the mix Arabian platter where the mutton chopan and mutton chops were really good. Mandi is also very popular here, it tastes different from the Lebanese Mandi but mutton is very flavourful and nicely cooked and fresh. This place is located bit far from the city but worth coming here for the ambiance , food and it also has a small cozy cafe and a gaming zone for kids.
