Paradise Biryani | Suncity

We ordered vegetarian biryani to go. The executive was unwelcome and unfocused on serving us because he was multitasking. Despite this, we still expected a delicious biryani because Paradise is known for its distinct flavor. However, this time, we were served tainted Smelled food, and the panner tastes even worse. I'm really upset and hope the team will take the appropriate action to ensure that this doesn't happen to anyone again. Sun City branch

Had a very disappointing visit to Paradise. The biryani they served was not fresh at all -- it tasted stale and lacked the signature flavor they're known for. To make things worse, many items on the menu were unavailable, including basic options like egg biryani. It's frustrating when a restaurant with such a reputation can't maintain consistency in quality or even stock essential dishes. Definitely not the experience I expected

Atmosphere and food is good but serving taking long time now paradise reduced there staff i.e waiters instead they had a application, once we sit on the table by scan we can order they will take time to confirm and then they will server we can pay and leave and now a days they are not giving the bill also in normal calculator calcilating gst of 5% and asking money to pay with out bill

Went in weekdays at 8:00 pm for take away. Had to stand in que outside. No hygiene as you can see in the pictures. After long wait It was my turn to order and came to know no Biryani available.

The Sun City paradise is not so good and service is also very late. I am not expecting this service from paradise. The secunderabad paradise is the ultimate service if we are going to here with expectations of the same level of service we can't get. When we went there the staff came after 20 minutes to take the order and serve the food after 15 minutes. We ordered only biryani and water bottle. Staff not responding for customers needs. They put a free offer of extra rice of biryani, i asked them 3 times for that extra rice bowl but they did not respond my hands gone dried . If you want urgent purposes eating avoid this outlet.

One of the worst service experienced in the span of 10 day's literally waited at table for 10 minutes as no one was available to take the order. Payment options are not available as per customer convenience. Post order received servicing part is not at all taken care. Haleem was not so good it doesn't even taste like anything.

This branch is serving the worst grade haleem and degrading paradise brand. I bought 3 family haleem packs for guests at home and was extremely disappointed with the quality as it seemed they had mixed some external flour to adjust the quantity that made it very starchy.

It took 30 minutes to get biryani and that too it was mixed and warmed in a wok like we do at home. Kebabs were tasteless and the service was pathetic. Rashmi kabab was only full of turmeric.
