had dinner at MrCB Hotel today and was extremely disappointed. The service was unprofessional, and the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive. Despite several requests, we were ignored or met with rude behavior. The food took too long to arrive and was far from satisfactory. The overall cleanliness and ambiance were poor, and it felt like the management had no control over the quality of service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. A complete lack of hospitality - definitely not worth the time or money.

Good ambiance, service is good, more over the food quality and taste is awesome. We enjoyed this restaurant. Worth to spend weekend here.

Don't waste your money and your valuable time. We ordered Dum biryani, they gave us something else, they also don't know the item name.Road side food is far better than this.

I'd recommend trying the chicken fry biryani and prawns fry--the taste was absolutely awesome, and the service was really good. As for the atmosphere, I visited around 11:30 PM, which was a bit late, and there were some mosquitoes around. However, the place also has a box cricket setup, which was a nice touch. According to the restaurant owner, they close at 12 AM.

I recently visited MRCB Biriyani Factory. my experience was very disappointing. They are collecting the money befor eating the food. I have never seen this kind of system and they are not accepting any kind of credit or debit cards also.I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and quality service.

Ordered a Dum Chicken Parcel (Full) for 380 and was met with a revolting surprise. The meat was clearly rotten, with a stinking, spoiled smell. To make it worse, I found an actual bird feather embedded in the meat. Completely unhygienic, careless.

Not that great. Service is so good. But food is dried and very cold. Not at all expected this kind of food. I saw very much hype of this place in social media and visited there. But not worthy. Suggestion: Please make fresh and tasty and quality food.

Most overpriced. I ordered garlic naan and the restaurant menu shows the price is 50 but they charged 70 and butter chicken price is 360 , but they charged 390. Chicken quantity is literally low not even worth. It's cost more than top rated restaurants. Felt like being scammed by different intentional prices. After taking bill, i asked the prices are different from menu. What they have responded is , they changed the prices but not menus . Don't visit this restaurant
