The store near gate 26A has barely any items. They dint have coffee, fried chicken and many other stuff. The staff is also running around calling each other to handle the register. I took the chocolate milkshake and it was pretty basic.

Bought breakfast but it doesn't feel like fresh Hash brown feels like cooked like hours back and also not cooked properly. McMuffin is hard to eat and cold too Not freshly cooked Over all wasn't expecting like this type of food from McDonald

Very nice experience. Kushanth , helper in the photo, is a very genuine person who makes sure that the customers get their meals.

The outlet is poorly maintained, with uncleaned tables and non-functional self-order machines. The staff appeared more focused on chatting with each other than on delivering food promptly. My order took 25 minutes to arrive, and unfortunately, all the food was cold.

First of all, i am a regular customer, but this time i felt little bit worried about the service. I ordered an iced tea along with other items, only to find it unsatisfactory in taste. When requesting a replacement, staff showed reluctance, suggesting improvement in their customer engagement and conflict resolution skills. McDonald's at Hyderabad airport provides a mixed experience. While the food quality remains consistent with the brand's standards, customer service falls short. This incident indicates a need for comprehensive training in customer relations and sales management for the staff. However, apart from the service hiccup, the restaurant offers a pleasant dining environment. The sitting area is comfortable, and the washrooms are well-maintained, contributing to a positive overall ambiance. Despite the service issue, the food quality remains good, aligning with McDonald's reputation. In summary, McDonald's at Hyderabad airport presents a tale of two aspects: while the food quality and dining amenities meet expectations, the service experience falls short. Enhancing staff training in customer engagement, relations, sales management, and conflict resolution could significantly improve the overall customer experience and align it with the brand's reputation for excellence. Location is good, near car parking lots on lower level. Many food outlets near by. Outdoor sitting area is also there. The only thing which needed improvement is the staff training. I recommend to have proper measures on these things.

Time is important we all agree. I looked them up on Google maps & it did the place was open. I drove 25 km to the airport parking walked to the restaurant only to be told we are closed! When I said it says it is open 24 h online, I was told yes we close for two hours to do clean up. I understand that but I strongly suggest y'all update that online so that people shouldn't be wasting their time, petrol & parking fees of 200Rs for nothing.

What a terrible service. I asked clearly for a mcmuffin with egg and chicken. Shiva was least interested in taking the order firstly and completely skipped the chicken part. No pancakes available. The quality of egg mcmuffin was really bad. It had onion in it. Which mcd serves this kind of mcmuffin? Plus none of the four self service kiosks are operational.
