Got veg pulao parcel from Swagath malkajigiri today Pulao is full of vegetables with no masala I felt like eating plane rice Waste of money 300 Paid 300 but dint even got a single onion

Worst Experience Ever - Absolute Disappointment I recently ordered food from Hotel Swagath Grand (Danturi Group of Hotels) through Zomato, and I must say, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I ordered a dish worth 210, and what I received was beyond unacceptable. The delivery consisted of just 20 grams of chicken and approximately 80 grams of biryani rice. It's clear that the restaurant either ran out of stock or didn't care about the quality and quantity they were sending. If a dish is no longer available, the responsible thing to do is to mark it as unavailable on the menu or temporarily close the outlet on the platform. Sending out leftover scraps to customers is utterly unprofessional and reflects poorly on your service standards. I'm not someone who takes such incidents lightly. I have the KOT number and order details and will take this up with the Department of Food Safety. Additionally, I will personally visit the restaurant to check who packed and approved this order. I'm also attaching pictures and KOT details as evidence to highlight this appalling experience. Disgusting food - Ordered through Zomato . The food was stale and rotten . Put it in Garbage . Please don't order from this restaurant as health is important . They don't have basic ethics to serve hygienic food . Go through the other reviews as well . The concerns are the same .and they are using the response for marketing their services rather than empathising , resolving . Note : refer to the other review indicating the same .

Ordered Kaju biryani, am shocked to see the portion of kaju present in the box.

i have ordered mutton Biryani in that there is no meat only bones are available that's less quantity of rice and only 2 pieces of mutton. this is one of the worst dish Worst food worst restaurant ever after informed the instructions also they have sended the same masala food worst employee in the restaurant they unable to follow the customer needs. after called to restaurant there is no reply or response from restaurant assistant waste of money and time.

Don't order mutton biryani very less spicy and just 4 1inch pieces, I feel like white basmati rice with one small cup curry. 2 Months back chicken biryani good. Briyani is very flavourful not spicy , It looks like white rice Every rice grains catch flavour, in summer we can eat without spicy. You will get 1 inch 8 Chicken pieces for a regular 1Ltr tub per 2 person, that's disappointing. In mutton mini biryani also you get around 4 small pieces suitable for 1 person. It's very plain biryani not for spicy appetite people

It's a great place to have a simple dinner or just some snacks not a fancy place to take your date out to it's a friendly gathering place it has really friendly staff and was impressed by the wait time as the food arrived in minutes of ordering and the food was served hot and if you wanna add any changes to the meal u can just request the server he can help u with it if it's possible

We are gone for takeaway taken biryani , earlier it's very good but now it's taste n quantity gone Not suggestable..........
