Jagavis Kritunga Train Restaurant

Found a cockroach in the plate.. U can see in the video too.. Not much action has been taken by the staff.. And .. I dnt want to fight/argue with them as i went to njoy with my family .. All i would say is even the crispy corn in the pic u can see.. Its not fresh corn.. Too.. Its very clear Those who still want to visit this restaurant .. Its up 2 u

Worst restaurant..please stop visiting or ordering from this outlet...we have ordered food from this restaurant today i.e. on 02.12.2024....ordered from swiggy...order id is 192120211419215...items were biryani...in one of the biryani we have found small cockroaches and insects...when tried to connect with the restaurant through the swiggy customer care they are not responding to the call....this is completely not acceptable...i dont understand why this outlet or restaurant is still opened even after sevaral negative reviews... the food safety department should take an immediate action on this outlet and these chain of restaurants...

Ordered a biryani from this restaurant and found a cockroach. Worst experience tried reaching to restaurant but no response from them. They are not even answering the call.

Worst experience in my life.very very less quntity for that much amount. only very very small 5 boneless curry cut chicken pieces is there rest is plain rice. Went with so much excitement but upset very badly. I already enjoyed food so many times in krithunga other branches but suchitra branch given un forgettable biryani memory today.

Definitely a recommended restaurant, food is really delicious and less spicy review from my whole family. They liked the ambiance and the kids loved the place and the food was on the train. We have ordered 1. Mushroom biryani 2. Paneer 65 3. Mutton biryani 4. Drumstick biryani 5. Dragon chicken 6. Loose prawns 7. Veg Sticks

First time food on train experience for kids & they enjoyed very much. Food taste was also good, veg biryani little bit spicy & the masala in the biryani is not dry it was little bit wet. So taste was good. Visited in the hot sunny day with temperature full on rise outside & disappointed with the ac rest everything was fine.

I have a very bad experience at Kritunga restaurant, The place wasn't clean, for making order it took almost 35min, they took almost 20min to serve, very bad service, they have to improve Food quality and quantity, very worst management. Food stopped in the middle way to serve.

We consumed mutton fried piece biryani, and unfortunately, it resulted in severe gastrointestinal distress lasting two days. We suspect food contamination or improper preparation. We advise caution when ordering from this establishment.
