Guys! Avoid King's Palace, ECIL! Ordered chicken biryani from here via Zomato and found a cockroach in my food. Absolutely unhygienic and unsafe! If you care about your health, stay away from this place. Reported to authorities for action. Zero hygiene standards!

Must try place I will say it's underated place food is delicious worth every rupee .

It's usually quite crowded, especially for tea and bakery items. For breakfast, they serve poori with mixed vegetable sabji, which tastes decent. The bakery items are also good, and the prices are very affordable. Tea is available for 20 and 25, although they've recently increased the prices of some items. One must-try dish here is the chicken fry piece biryani. It's delicious, and the quantity is sufficient for two people. However, don't expect a great ambiance or high cleanliness standards, as this is an old cafe and restaurant.

Hello Hyderabadi Food Lovers Visited King's Palace Family Restaurant recently which is situated at Moula Ali. They have both AC and Non-AC seating Area. The AC seating area is on 1st floor which is perfect if we visit with our families. So coming to the food first we ordered their delecious soups : 1. Chicken Manchow Soup 2. Chicken Hot and Sour I loved the Chicken hot and sour soup a lot it was flavoury and spicy and delecious. From the starters we ordered: 1. Paneer 65 2. Chicken Majestic 3. Chicken Lollipop 4. Hot Garlic Mutton 5. Malai kabab The starters wete just delecious the malai kabab was too juicy and lollipop was perfect spicy. Only the Chicken majestic was lil bit hard to chew but was perfect. From maincource we tried: 1. Andhra Mutton 2. Afghani Chicken 3. Butter Naan 4. Chicken Biryani 5. Mutton Biryani Andhra Mutton was flavourful and afghani chicken was nicely blended with spices. The biryanis were perfectly made the meat was well marinated and the rice was not too spicy and not too bland. Best place to have authentic hyderabad food.

The overall cleanliness and ambiance did not match the standards of a family restaurant. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was rude and unprofessional. Their rough handling of customers only added to the dissatisfaction, making it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I would not recommend King's Palace Family Restaurant to anyone. The high cost, poor food quality, unpleasant environment, and unwelcoming staff made this visit a very unpleasant experience.

I ordered Mutton keema biryani but it look like onion biryani, but it is also not good full of oil. Taste is average. Ok
