Pizza Hut | Malkajgiri, Hyderabad

I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut! The service was excellent, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure our dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The food came out quickly and was delicious, especially the pizza, which was fresh and perfectly cooked. The team's positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. I'll definitely be coming back again!

My recent visit to the Malkajgiri Pizza Hut was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I walked in, the experience was disappointing. Despite there being no customers in the queue, we were made to wait a ridiculous 15 minutes before being attended to. The delay was completely unnecessary and set the tone for what would turn out to be a terrible dining experience. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn't working. The place was hot and stuffy, and everyone inside was visibly sweating. It felt more like a sauna than a restaurant, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the meal. The customer service was abysmal. The staff was cold, unwelcoming, and their behavior bordered on rude. They acted as though they were doing us a favor by serving us, which left a bad taste before we even got our food. Speaking of the food, it was a complete letdown. The meat on the pizza was dry and utterly tasteless, lacking any seasoning or flavor. Even worse were the sticky glasses in which our soft drinks were served--hygiene was clearly not a priority here. The pizza pan itself was dirty, with visible residue from previous bakes, and the plates provided were far from clean. Sticky tables and chairs added to the overall unkempt atmosphere, making us question the restaurant's cleanliness standards. In short, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. With poor service, terrible food quality, and a filthy dining environment, I cannot recommend Malkajgiri Pizza Hut to anyone. It's clear that the management needs to seriously reevaluate how they run this place.

Most worst experience this is my 2nd time 1st when we went they said on face we wil not take orders now 2nd time the serving guy was so slow he is not having ready to take orders and the girl sitting inside and watching phone not even taking order the guy who is taking order dnt even know how to take ...kfc is better then Pizza Hut it's my personal opinion worst most worst .

Have you eaten a Margherita pizza hard as a rock. If not this is the place for you. You can also top it up with half baked BBQ chicken wings. I always thought pizza hut had quality control. This is just bad

We went with the intention to dine in, but had to do a take-away because the AC was not functioning and there were too many mosquitoes. Definitely not expected from a pizza hut franchisee. We also ordered a jamun drink which we had to swap with a cheaper coke without a refund because the store could not make it a take away as they dint have the takeaway cup and lid. The pizzas were tasty and we enjoyed the taste of the paneer one especially. The staff members were respetful . The AC and the door need to be fixed considering it is summers .

Nice seating arrangement.. service is also pretty fast compared to other pizza hut I visited ..the store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.. would recommend

Do you love momos ? Pizza?? I Being a Momo lover..when I heard about New Momo pizza menu of Pizza Hut.. My reaction I visited Pizza Hut, East Anandbagh, Malkajgiri outlet.. where we ordered.. Momo pizza veg pan (personal) - 269 Momo pizza Non-veg pan (medium) - 499 I being a momo fan enjoyed this fusion of momos & pizza ! If you are a momo & pizza lover & if you are a person who likes to try new & different combinations of food don't miss to try out this fusion. Even Baked momo veg - 169 Baked momo non - veg - 189 were good. To satisfy your palate with spicy touch definitely add extra momo schezwan dip - 20 while placing order. Finally ended with dessert , Choco volcano - 99
