Paradise Biryani | Lingampally

I order nizami chicken biryani Before I order mutton Haleem from this branch which was good. so I thought as paradise franchise biriani will be awesome but it was quiet opposite. Taste was not at all worth the prise and even home made biryani tastes better than this and i order nizami chicken biryani with extra spicy god knows what they thought there was no spice and masala at all. I think the food Taste I ate was not even worth the cost 90rs chicken biriani from local stores. I would not recommend biriani here at all. Completey disappointed .

Update as on Oct'24: Very welcoming gesture... Management of paradise biriyani contacted me and discussed about my feedback. They noted everything starting from the quality to taste. This is a very positive attitude from the company end shows their thrust to provide a better service to the customer. KUDOS... Initial review: Even though I am a big time fan of Hyderabadi biryani, I found the taste of Paradise is not at all up to the mark. My assumption was that as Paradise is a big brand, they will definitely serve the best biryani, but it was not at all upto the expectations (I previously had their biriyani nearly 4-5 years back). Local biryani shops serve better than this. The ambience is good. Hope they will bring their old legacy of serving the best.

"Once a legend, not always a legend." Ordered mutton biryani on Swiggy, and while the biryani was okay, it wasn't as good as it used to be. What stood out was the bizarre 24 charge for packing. Curious, I waited to see if the packaging justified the cost, but I was shocked. The packaging included two small packets of raita and gravy, a medium aluminium foil for the biryani, and a carry bag--all of which barely seemed worth 10. To make it worse, all the items had their branding. I felt completely cheated by Paradise for these unnecessary packing charges.

Here's a review based on my experience. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this biryani outlet. The prices are inflated, and the quantity is ridiculously small. Today, I ordered a takeaway with a 33-minute wait time, and what did I get? A package filled with leftover masala rice! I wasted 845 on what was essentially a reheated, unappetizing meal. The red flags were there from the start. When they told me they didn't have roti available for my parcel order, I should have walked away. But I decided to proceed, and it was a mistake. The quality of food, lack of transparency about ingredients, and poor customer service have led me to boycott this outlet forever. If you value your money and your taste buds, stay away from this place. Recommendation: Avoid this outlet at all costs. There are better, more honest biryani places out there.

Portion of the mini chicken biryani is quite disappointing.. ordered in Swiggy.. lemon n onions salad was missing even after charging for them.. taste is fine as usual.. but will define think twice to order from here because of the quantity delivered

Ordered mutton haleem from zomato. Haleem is very dry. No taste. Waste of money.

Ordered Tandoori Lollypop, Kalmi Kabab and royal chicken biriyani. Kalmi Kabab was outstanding a must try. Tandoori Lollypop was also very very good. But the accompaniments for the kababs were missing. also the chutney bwas stale. Biriyani was ok ok
