HOTEL TULIPS GRAND

Hotel Tulips Grand, located in Turkayamjal on Nagarjuna Sagar Road, Hyderabad, offers a great stay with excellent ambiance. I've had dinner at Tulips many times, as it's my in-laws' favorite place. The flavored rice dishes are especially good, with sambar rice being our favorite. We ordered many starters, and the Manchuria and Shanghai rolls stood out as particularly tasty. However, the veg biryani was disappointing; it lacked masala and had fewer vegetables than expected. Even after requesting more masala, it still tasted like plain rice. So, we decided to stick with the other rice dishes, which were much better.

This has become another mushrooming restaurant from a shining one. As usual, the standards came down to the level that we had food poisoning issues after having a family pack chicken biryani and a starter. As the crowd increases, it seems all popular restaurants (especially chain restaurants) follow the same trend...

I ordered paneer biryani from Tulips Restaurant and received non-vegetarian pieces in my food. Being a vegetarian, this is utterly unacceptable. When I called the restaurant, they openly admitted that if any special notes are added (like "make it spicy"), they simply mix extra masala from the non-veg platter. This is shocking and unacceptable behavior. When I informed them that I would visit the restaurant with the plate I was eating from to show the evidence, they told me to raise a complaint through Zomato, as the order was delivered via their platform. They (zomato) also claimed that Zomato, being just an aggregator, cannot control or monitor food quality. They further mentioned that they would initiate a penalty for this misconduct. This negligence is unacceptable. Food safety authorities need to take strict action to ensure quality and prevent such incidents. Mixing vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is a highly sensitive issue, and not everyone will remain calm about it.

Well Maintained Rooms....Food Is Very Tasty and A Little Bit Costly Tooo...

Ambience is very good. Worst food. Food served is not fresh . I won't suggest to eat at the restaurant.
