Food was not at all hygiene, chicken wings had blood and were not properly cooked, chicken barbeque was just stuffed with skin. Even after complaining about both veg and non-veg, Veg Manchuria dry was promised to be served well by chef himself, but the outcome was disaster, it was completely raw inside. Above all when specifically asked for if pineapple cake can be served for celebration, instead of letting us know about unavailability, they layered chocolate cake with pineapple flavoured essence and complete cream and claimed it to be pineapple cake. The taste was worst. Both Veg and Non veg starters were not upto the mark and not really includes much items when compared to what is claimed over menu. Plates were also not tidy enough, The waiters and chef came near us, enquired about the food but even after letting them know, things turned out to be disaster again and no improvement at all. When we asked about feedback form, we were informed about getting an online feedback call, but we didn't receive any kind of such information to submit our feedback.This is the worst experience I ever had in Dining. Please plan to serve atleast minimal dishes with better taste rather than claiming to have multiple items with overpriced buffets and in real fooling customers with poor service and not meeting to the amount being charged. Please be mindful about the reviews or else decrease your buffet rates as per the service being provided

We stepped in for a team dinner but were seriously disappointed by the food served by the team. The food was not cooked properly and the BBQ was not hot. We have asked multiple times to change the grills and also the food served. Veg starters are good and I enjoyed them. Non veg mutton kabab, fish, tangdi kabab were good. The squid was not cooked properly, the prawns were just served like that, and the desserts were good. Overall a mixed opinion on the food, and service.

The service here is outstanding, with a warm and friendly team that goes above and beyond. What really stands out is their patience--any request for changes is met with positivity, and the food is promptly adjusted to meet preferences. A special mention goes to the manager, Gauri Shankar. His dedication and positive attitude are truly inspiring. He takes every piece of feedback with grace and ensures that his team mirrors his exceptional level of politeness and professionalism. The final dessert he personally prepared was nothing short of spectacular. I was particularly impressed by the mutton seekh kebab, fish, and pineapple starters. Must try the Russians salad.The main course was unforgettable, with the haleem being the highlight of my meal--it's so good that I'd return just for it. The mutton biryani, with its perfectly balanced spice levels, and the continental fish curry, with fish pieces cooked to perfection, were also incredible. While there were fewer dessert options compared to other branches, I appreciated the opportunity to try each one available. Gauri Shankar's dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of this experience, making it truly deserving of a 5-star rating.

Tried Barbecue Nation recently. The starters were good, especially the grilled items. The main course was just okay, nothing too special. The desserts had a nice variety. The service was friendly, but it took a while for refills. Overall, an okay experience--good for a casual outing but not amazing.

Barbeque Nation in Kothapet offers a mixed dining experience with its range of dishes. The chicken starter was decent, providing a good start to the meal. However, the fish was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Moving on to the main course, we tried the biryani which initially was average. Upon requesting the staff to spice it up, the adjusted biryani turned out to be quite good. In terms of desserts, the gulab jamun was excellent, offering a delightful sweetness that stood out. The phirni was nice as well, complementing the meal with its creamy texture. Unfortunately, the cakes did not meet the mark and were a letdown. The kheer, however, was good, providing a satisfying end to the meal, but the shahi tukda fell short of expectations. Overall, Barbeque Nation in Kothapet has its hits and misses. While some dishes shine, others need improvement. The service was responsive, especially with the biryani, which improved significantly after customization. If you're visiting, the chicken starter, spiced-up biryani, gulab jamun, and kheer are worth trying, but you might want to skip the fish, cakes, and shahi tukda.

We entered around 7.00 pm. Food was good. The items being provided are not as good as the display. While the starters party was good, the main course was poor including all except biryani. Desserts side service is poor. Seating arrangement and the ambience are great. Though the service boys ask frequently, but something is missing. They are not suggesting any.

The concept of this place is amazing. Needless to say it's a massive hit with the locals. All you can eat for thousand RS a pop. It's not a value proposition but it's a different experience. They have everything from salads, bbq, biryani to desserts. I loved the desserts a lot. Kids went nuts at the dessert bar! Couldn't keep them away from it.
