The best part is the order can be customized, I asked for a more spicy biryani and my friend ordered a normal one and we were served the biryani like as we wanted them to be. Meat is perfectly cooked , customer and staff relation is maintained well, has washroom facility, there is a place where we can wait if we want to take away .
This is the WORST EXPERIENCE! I've had a very bad experience with this restaurant while ordering food online. NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE.. a ABUSIVE AND THREATING customer service! Accepting orders and then wanted us to cancel.. making the delivery partner wait. Restuarant dares to take action, so I believe this is a way!
Food is above average. Costs are to high compared to what they are worth with regards to taste. This review is specific regarding their unlawful activities (cheating) towards public. Beware 1. Water bottle priced more than MRP 2. Prices mentioned in bill doesn't match with cost of items in menu card. 3. No mention of GST number on bill. They are not registered with GST, but they charge 18% on bill. Demand to get it waived off if they are still not registered but charging tax.
I thought I can have traditional tasty food here. I expected this because they displayed a banner that 'arittaaku bhoojnN'. But the taste and services are not at all up to the mark. I really disappointed. I promise that I do not go there here onwards.
Worst food and experience.. We have ordered starter and soup and waited for one hour... And Starter was not cooked properly.. Finally we left restaurant without ordering main course and paid for only soup...
Attended an event in the banquet hall, worst maintanence, they don't even clean the floor, no time management, it's waste of money, there is no proper wash room. Near the hand wash area you see water leaking from the ceiling. Only one floor parking which is very small, can fit 3 cars and 10 bikes.
Good starrers as we ordered prawns.. best dish and biryani is good over all, service is somewt bad and ambience is not too great and like a moderen dhaba style.
Not clean at all.Bad service,Food was not okay.I would not recommend this place.It's just waste of money.Brindavanam Tiffins centre besides its way better than this,They respect customers and the food is great too.
