Dosthugaallu Mandi & Restaurant

I'm totally dispointed today because this worst restaurant and worst food I ever seen like this and they are charged 499 per 2 people + 5% gst , how shame.moreover there working people also rude and chicken like plastic peach. Pls check I shared some photos of chicken and worst maintainance.

Had a negative experience this time.. Taste of the Mandi is no good as before. The quality has been degraded right from the beginning. We tried their juicy chicken Mandi full suffice for 3 ppl. It's not at all good chicken is too hard to chew kinda rubber we left the chicken and ate rice even it is not flavourful like before.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Dosthugallu Mandi. The food was absolutely terrible -- nowhere near the flavor or quality you'd expect from a mandi place. It felt like zero effort went into the preparation. To make things worse, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed no interest in customer service, barely responded when approached, and completely ignored what we were asking for. It's very clear that their focus is only on making money rather than delivering good food or service. There's no sense of hospitality or intention to have customers return. The whole experience was frustrating and unpleasant from start to finish. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and taste buds.

Staff rude behaviour we ordered 2 piece mutton juicy mandi given as single piece mandi and telling as it's 2 piece mandi and charged 660 ruppes and i asked him to increase quantity the staff person beaten me In the video person he beaten me Very very rude behaviour of this person Don't go this place Worrest mandi

Had very bad experience with the service. Ordered mutton juicy mandi for 2. The broth served very cold, again we called waiter and asked him to get hot one. They don't respond properly. Waiters forget to serve water even after we order but the bill was charged. Only onions were served as salad. The person who stand in counter argues if we give some feed back. He was in a rush, Check the CCTV clearly if there is a doubt. Note : I suggest management to take briefing and debriefing to staff daily. I read previous reviews too. Before replying to the review check the CCTV throughly and reply.

This kind of worst Mandi I have never seen in the Hyderabad I kindly recommend not visit this place the worse behaviour of staff! Although it's ur mistake and when it comes to taste I can't explain how the worst u served and it's spoiled chicken u sent is this the way ur protreying u r restro and replying me as a fake reviews if I give fake then what about others

Very spacious seating along dedicated family section. Good place for family visits. Mandi rice quality needs to be improved, it has no flavour.

I wanna convey my apology for the owners, I order the Mandi for parcel I got less gravy , I call them immediately and shouted on them the owner itself bought me the gravy to my home, the thing she did for the customer satisfaction was out of this world.
