Hotel Abinand Grand

Worst Hotel. Our family members hosted an event there recently. Food service was so bad and the staff were chitchatting instead of serving even in the event. Secondly, there were worms ( white and long) in white rice. When I saw it as soon as person served I checked remaining rice in the serving container. I could see multiple worms. When I asked to replace rice they took more than 30 min to replace. As it was event and every one were eating couldn't stop everyone but people who witnessed this incident stopped eating. Also we decided to have fruits atleast after this event. Person was chopping fruits sitting down without hygiene and person who was serving the fruit salad also was not putting more than 1 or 2 pieces of required fruit Over all rating for food : 0/5. Service 1/ 5 Hall 3/5. Over all experience: poor.

This is one of the best places to have Birthday parties. The view from the dining place is very good if you have parties in the afternoon, evening because of low light it is not visible. The menu has good options and if you choose this place make sure you finalize the menu very much early because there are chances that the dish you requested may not be available. Recently we did the first birthday of our brother's child here the service ,atmosphere and food was good. This is suitable for max 150-170 people.

Only the location and serving team are good. Rest all to be looked into, we ordered chicken dum biryani it was done spicy and rice wasn't cooked well. But the premises can be better with uplifting lighting and some light music can keep the place lively.

We organised my daughter's saree function at Abhinand Grand. The food, ambience and rooms were excellent. All the services were awesome. Very good parking facility. I strongly recommend this place for your family celebrations. The function went very well and we are much satisfied and happy. Thanks to the entire crew.

I used the mini banquet hall at third floor to celebrate my child's birthday. The place had a good ambience, kids would love the place. The food was awesome, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Quite friendly staff and the management was quite transparent in all the dealings.

Food is nice and tasty. Service is little bit slow but food is served hot and yummy. My favorite is chicken lollipop; which is very tasty and yummy. Vegiterian is not so great. Very nice view of Metro from restaurant. Ambiance also good. Very nice banquet hall available for small parties like birthday...
