We had ordered egg manchurian and the eggs used are rotten. Its evidently visible that the eggs have turned black but i don't understand how they could still send the same. Never ordering from this restaurant again.
We ordered, Crispy Corn, Chicken 65 and Appollo Fish and found a wire. When asked the manager said that it's just a wire and they didn't do it intentionally. So asked to forgive for this time and no compensation
Ordered online for chicken fry piece biryani but what I got is chicken dum biryani. Not sure When precisely ordered something, not to serve exactly the same...total disappointed. But taste of biryani is good...
Biryani is bad roadside biryani better than it next is suffered digestion problems what kind of rice u are using that half boiled rice without taste with huge rate next i got hospitalised
Ordered mutton biryani 2 hours ago on zomato and I never tasted such tasteless biryani in my life and moreover I didn't get any mutton pieces at all, I got two bones . When you're fleecing customers with your prices you should also provide proper food.
We ordered chicken manchow soup, black pepper chicken and tikka biriyani. Chicken manchow soup is tasteless. Black pepper chicken and tikka biryani was good. Service was not up to the mark. The quality of food and service needs to be improved.
I'm fully in my senses when I placed the order. This behaviour is completely intolerable... Wouldn't go here again if same person is still in the restaurant. The person who out took the order didn't properly hear what I've said and bought extra biryani than ordered. When I raised this issue instead of correcting himself, he is arguing with me saying that I have given wrong order and tried insulting us. This kind of behaviour when talking with guests is completely wrong. The manager has to teach manners to his staff and how to treat guests
They are good in food but some sort of nonsense they create to give the bill . They jst didnt gave original bill for my driver which he ate on other table and even instead of gvg full good quantity they didnr gave tht much to him and charged for full biryani and thts actually the reason they were escaping to give the bill . Seems a cheap behaviour from the hotel staff . Need some professionalism in these things or else even after having good food still doesnt make any sense . And its costly but good food to try
