Without hand gloves late delivery, it's not good at all

we ordered mandi , much delay to brought to table,

Food was nice but service is not at all satisfactory

Third class waiters and steward very rude with customers like we came to eat langar free of cost I suggest to go any other hotel with family .

Cheaters!!! Taking money for butter naan but not giving it. Cashier at night is very rude, even after confrontation, he said naan is on first floor and it is the customer's fault if he didn't knew it from where to collect it. At least the parcel delivery at the ground floor should inform to collect from first floor or better it should be an internal coordination from the hotel staff.

Worst service by this branch Captain Senu Anna behaviour is so rude I ordered a grill chicken after 40 minutes I got order somehow And that was too cold for this kind service we are waiting 1/2 hour. For what purpose you people are changing extra GST Need to improve on customer service

For Public Awarness. Visti Time 3:30 Pm Friday .Wrost hotel no sign board for hand wash. No sign board for family block. After giving order half hour given chiken mandi juice cool cool mandi.. Rs 420 with gst.. In furniture not ground setting.. Very very fail experience.. .. I Suggest that not comfortable for every citizen. Ha comfort for time pass or nearable sourounding area people if other hotels not there... .. Parking also road side .
