Hi Guys, The inside ambience was pretty good of Itihaas!!!.. Excellent .. Visted on Saturday 26-April-25 || Waiting time 20 to 30 min. Bill paid: For two persons 1503/-.. incl 5% tip on bill amount. We have ordered "Chicken Hot & Sour Soup" || It was Good**** "Chicken Drumsticks" || Good***** 'Must try' "Mutton Dum Biryani" || Superb***** 'Must try' "Apricot Delight" || Worst* I have tasted the Apricot Delight so many famous restaurants in Hyderabad, And this is my favourite desert as well. But for me the taste was not upto the mark in Itihaas. Seems they have not well made, Because may be the reason huge crowd visiting to resturant. Rest of all good..

Posting this review while being in the restaurant: Critical Review of Ithas Restaurant, Hyderabad: Poor Service Standards: The service experience was deeply disappointing. Staff seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout our visit. Lack of Responsiveness: We had to repeatedly call the manager just to get basic attention. This reflects either poor staff training or a serious lack of customer care. Inflexible Ordering System: Within less than a minute of placing our order, we requested a change--but were bluntly told it couldn't be altered. This is highly unprofessional and inflexible. Untrained Staff: No staff member was ready to attend to our table properly, and it felt like we were being ignored rather than served. Specially - the person naming who was managing staff with a tab in hand naming JAMAL was so arrogant and unprofessional. Deceptive First Impressions: The ambience and atmosphere are the only appealing aspects. While the place may look promising from the outside, the reality of their service tells a different story. Style Over Substance: Ithas may have the name and look of a high-end restaurant, but when it comes to hospitality and service, it fails miserably.

I'm very much excited to try out this place while passing by, to my surprise it turned out to be a great place for food! When I entered this place, it was visually stunning as if I came to an international Hotel! i'm very much impressed with the staff who greeted when we entered this place. The Banquet hall seems to be very crisp and luxurious. Coming to the restaurant part the employees are extremely friendly, and the food was extremely delicious and I'm so surprised the prices are very affordable. I hope they continue the same pricing and the same taste in a constant consistent manner. Looks like owners of this place have an ambition to provide great dining experience especially to the middle class families, I hope this place doesn't change these aspects in future. 1. The interiors are top notch. 2. Lighting is excellent that creates an ambiance suitable for dining. 3. The staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable besides that they're honest about recommendations. 4. There's plenty of parking dedicated to this place 5. Banquet halls are the highlights of this place, feel like I should host an event in future. I was never this excited about a food place in Hyderabad. Will definitely visit again. Special about Nikita, very friendly and honest.

I went to this restaurant. The ambiance is very good, but the food is really the worst. I ordered mutton shorba soup and special chicken biryani to give them a try, but I was totally disappointed with both dishes. The soup was extremely sour, like tamarind soup. The biryani was even worse--the chicken pieces had a rotten taste. I think the biryani was prepared the day before and just reheated in the oven before serving. I really do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. All the positive reviews are from social media influencers. I, too, went to this restaurant after seeing Instagram reels, but the reality was disappointing. Avoid this restaurant to save your money!

Loved the ambiance Out of three items ordered Bhimavaram kodi pulav is awesome with the rice cooked perfectly and juicy chicken pieces. Prawns starter is regular item and with normal taste. Pina colada is not up to the mark.mixing of pulp/squashes is not proportionate and presentation is very dull. Perfect ambiance for bigger groups of people

The variety of food with the given atmosphere and Ambience will not make you guess the prices of the dishes... Totally worth going there and the prince range is totally affordable. The food is also good. A nice music and they allow the birthday celebrations also.
