I recently dined at the Restaurant, and it was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've ever had in any Kritunga outlet. The food was well below average, and the staff's indifference towards customers only made matters worse. It was clear that they were more interested in clearing out pre-cooked items than providing a quality meal. When I asked the staff whats your best seller they recommended roasted chicken biriyani. I ordered the Roasted Chicken Biryani, expecting a flavourful dish. Instead, I was served bland rice and chicken so tough it was nearly impossible to chew. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff, they repeatedly insisted, "This biryani is like this only." It was evident that the management had trained them to dismiss any complaints with this canned response, showing a complete disregard for customer feedback. The overall experience was a complete waste of money. The lack of care and effort put into both the food and service is inexcusable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your time and money and choose a place that values its customers and takes pride in the food it serves.

I visited this restaurant and I made the greatest mistake. The food is absolutely the worst. It's just spicy. Nothing else. Whatever I ordered, turned out to be the worst. Even more to add to it is the worst service. The behaviour of the waiters here is absolutely rude. They all are from Northern states and don't even know how to serve food or take an order properly. The restaurant was empty when I visited. Probably people around must have already known that this restaurant is the worst. Don't ever visit. Highly not recommended. You'll definitely fall sick if you eat their spice.

This place is on 5th floor and the lift upto it is translucent. When I reached here around 12:45 pm, only one table was occupied. The ambience was good. There's a retro theme that's going for them, but that's it. When I asked for regular water, they denied, so I had to buy bottled water. Whatever was ordered was very chilli infused. It was not palatable by just me but other patrons too who have much higher chilli tolerance. The bill had added tax above the menu prices. At the time of exit, I noticed that the stairs were blocked by water cans, so don't expect to be able to evacuate this building safely at the time of emergency.

The restaurant is quite nice, seats are placed well. Slight wait as it was new year's day, but we just had to wait for 5 mins and the service was quite quick as well. Good was yummy. Veg manchow soup was spice but otherwise all other dishes were good. Being a Saturday we had to opt for veg, Naan, Methi Chaman, Dal tadka, Curd rice, all the food items very very tasty. Naan was too oily but good otherwise. Thank you

The ambiance is cool and the food tastes good, varieties of starters are available in both veg and non-veg options, they can accommodate up to 20 people at once and service is instant and good! Overall I can rate it 4/5.

This Kritunga situated near Habsiguda metro station. The place has a nice atmosphere and lots of space to sit. The food has a nice taste with a touch of flavors from Rayalaseema. This is a train themed restaurant have nice view of the train bringing the food, nice place to bring your kids, I have tried there Ragi Sangati and Natu kodi pulusu taste was decent and pricing was increased from last visit Faced issue with lift so i had walked 3 floors, Nice place to visit with family.

Located between NGRI and Habsiguda metro stations on habsiguda main road. Good ambience with spacious seating area. Food is great with touch of rayalaseema flavours. View of metro rail is good specially in the night if seated near window area. Need improvements maintaining the lifts, starting point to the the restaurant.
