Rating is 0 out of 5, We had a very bad experience at our niece's birthday party. It felt like a waste of money and time. This venue is the worst place ever! I strongly advise against booking any occasions here. It's a total scam, and the environment is far from clean. Event spaces should be memorable, not disastrous like this one, The quality of the food was terrible and Poor service.

One of the best places for a date with your partner, birthday celebrations with your friends or family. They provide you small cubicles accomdating 5 people, which is chargeable. There will be two packages one is 5000 where they will decorate the cubicle with lights, balloons with welcome drinks. Other one is 10k which is same as 5k but Dedicated photographer will be allocated. Food is descent enough in taste. Prices are bit costly. Service offered was very good. Especially biswajeet manna offered us a good service. Ambience was nice.

I had planned my friend's bridal shower party. It was so beautifully decorated and the staff service were on point. Cheers and loud applause for waiters , they were so happy. Initially I thought 5k for one cupula was expensive but when I realised the efforts were worth it. Only glitch I had conversation with one staff service who was bit rude but don't want to generalise everyone . Everyone other than him was great at their service. Thank you for hosting us

This place is not for Food. Please remember this. This place is best for all kind of celebration. Birthday, anniversary, propose or any kind of special celebration. They will arrange nice entry, photographer and decoration. But don't expect anything from food. They mostly bring the ready to eat frozen items and cook them. You will feel it. Overall just consider it for celebration.

One of the best places for a date with your partner, birthday celebrations...So went there on my birthday with my girlfriend.. firstly we went late there half an hour so we didn't get much time to stay there.. secondly I liked the surprise and the decorations.. but the butterscotch cake was not so good and they gave us complimentary mocktails which didn't taste that good, the staff was polite and kind, they took our pictures, they also wished me and was taking care of us. ....It's good for surprising me my loved once.....Night time it was crazy to go.....

It's really good place to celebrate birthday of friends or partner with a bit of surprise as they provide theme based celebration as well. Really good place and peaceful as well.

I recently came across this and was very impressed with their celebration packages and overall concept. They helped me organize a fantastic anniversary celebration, even though we arrived late. They were accommodating and provided all the services we needed. I especially loved the smoky path entrance and the live guitarist. Highly recommended for surprise planning events. They also have a very serene place which is very very Instagrammable !!! We jus captured many many pictures

La Cupula A surprise plan to my wife for our 1st Wedding Anniversary n it is worth to our expectations. Right from the information to the exit till the vehicle it great.The decoration, Food, welcoming gesture is great, We have ordered for a Red Velvet Cake and it is too yummy , Not too much sweet is something made us enjoy and have it more. AC inside is also good which helped us in not getting suffocated. The blind fold and the cracker made my wife very much excited and felt very unique.. Bittu was our person who assisted us, has to bow his service. His patience of service, his photography and videos that he shooted really made it memorable for us and the nice thing of him was he didn't expect any tip or money like many other servers does and he even helped in getting the left overs packed and came with us till the vehicle without expecting anything is what every service person should have and he did his job great more than the mark. Overall loved the experience and the great service giving us a memorie The only suggestion we would tell is the package is little expensive and not upto the expectations so may be if some offers or reducing the price would be more helpful to many to experience it and they charged for a water bottle for 19 rupees, atleast they should have given it complimentary.
