It was our first time visiting this place . Wait time was 10-15 mins for us For starters we ordered chicken tikka and apollo fish,both were delicious. For the main we ordered the restaurant special nalli gosht biryani for which we waited for 45 mins for the fresh batch to come. Two nalli with keema curry was served with biryani rice,the keema was so good. To end our meal we had double ka meetha . It has chai and bakery section . There we had the irani chai which was sweet and thick. Irani Haleem was also available as it is ramzan season. Haleem was tasty. Overall it is a good experience to have some delicious food Rating food:-4.5/5 Service-4/5 Ambience-4/5

Don't know why it's very highly rated. It's the most average restaurant with most average food taste and most average ambience. Sizzling Garlic Chicken 1/5 Boneless Chicken Biryani 2/5 None of the items really satisfied us. Please go for other options in LB nagar Don't be like us

We ordered Chicken, Mutton and Veg biryani. We felt that the rice is larger in size than usual, it didn't affect the taste but we can still feel it while chewing. Veg and Mutton biryani are nice but veg biryani quantity is way less than mutton and chicken, chicken is not so good. Atmosphere is decent but the service is slow, we just have to wait till someone see us and approach, that might be because of the high crowd. Final opinion: decent taste and not so expensive.

Your haleem is just average and its is overpriced and still you are serving it with plastic spoons and containers. Hot food + Plastic is grand recipe for cancer and yet you dont care. I do not recommend lucky for haleem atleast.

I have ordered Mutton kheema Briyani in the menu card it is 300rs but he told to pay extra 20rs price has increased it seems overall good taste

Going to this restaurant is the worst decision you can ever make. Apparently we headed to this restaurant to have rumali roti and mughalai chicken, which is not tasty at all. Then we ordered mughalai chicken biryani, the rice is colourless and flavourless. The pieces served were cold. This really shows the kind of quality and efforts they keep are ZERO... TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Please stop going to this restaurant unless you really want to lose money in the name of restaurant food.

I recently visited Lucky Restaurant in Nagole for the first time with my family, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The ambiance was inviting and the atmosphere felt perfect for a family outing. The food truly stood out - ordered dish was absolutely delicious and full of flavor, definitely finger-licking good! We thoroughly enjoyed every bite. However, the service could use some improvement. We experienced a noticeable delay and had to wait quite a while to get the staff's attention. Quicker response times would definitely elevate the overall experience. All in all, a great spot for tasty food with room for improvement on the service side.

Been to 3rd floor Royale, very crowded and had to wait 20 mins for table. While having food, as seen in attached pic, the cleaning guys pull the Cleaning big trolley which is dirty right next to your plate and starts cleaning, throwing the used plates, bowls from beside table which makes uncomfortable and unhygienic. What if full load of used bowls liquids from trolley spill over your plate?
