Visited the McDonald's at Chaitanyapuri recently and had a great experience. The ambiance is clean, modern, and well-maintained -- a comfortable spot whether you're dining in or grabbing a quick bite. The staff was courteous and the service was surprisingly fast. Food quality was up to the mark -- hot, fresh, and tasted just like you'd expect from McDonald's. A good place for a quick meal or a casual hangout. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and craving some fast food.

The worst branch which I have seen. Ordering time is too slow and atmosphere is very bad. No proper maintenance and feeling humidity. No proper air circulation. It is the worst. I couldn't be more than 20 min.

A nice and well maintained McDonald's outlet near Dilsukhnagar Metro Station. It is at walkable distance from metro station. The staff is friendly and courteous. The order was served quickly. They also have more seating space upstairs

Location is good and enough parking space. We went here in morning to have breakfast. We ordered burgers both veg and non-veg, but disappointed with preparation as burgers were cold, cheese wasn't even melted at all.

The location is excellent, main road. Enough parking space is available. Two floor for sitting. Washrooms are clean. Good environment. It's a good fun place, enjoyed satheday with family. The food was decent, but the place vibe is good

The staff here is so careless while taking orders we ask for one they make us pay for two saying there will beno refund mam we will give you another burger. It was really frustating

Worst service by the staff. I asked for a large fries and they dnt even provide the quantity of small fries as if the staff is providing it from their home. I also took one mango Mcswirl and it was all dripping on the hands of the staff she was still giving me the same cone unless asked for another one. Note : its not real mango its artificial flavour and lot of color added.
