Unfortunately, the service and hospitality were far from satisfactory. I had placed an order for just two items (one of them being soup), and shockingly, it took almost an hour to get served--even though the place wasn't crowded at all. I later ordered a third item but ended up canceling it after waiting over 25 minutes with no updates or signs of it arriving. Food Taste - Don't set your expectations too high. After the frustrating experience, I checked the rating--turns out it's a 2.9, which now totally makes sense. Had I seen that beforehand, I wouldn't have stepped in. Well, at the end of the day, it was still an experience--just not one I'd care to repeat.

We ordered many items like golden prawns, veg manchuria, live crab.. we loved all the items and especially crab and mutton biryani. Taste is good and service is good. Kids enjoyed the train concept.

Good ambience. Must try natukodi vepudu starter. Pandhem kodi biriyani is upto the mark. But quantity is very low. They are charging more than 300/- per biriyani but quantity will be suddenly for only one. Mutton biriyani is not upto the mark. Never try raitha. Need to improve. One time visit is ok.

Experience - Avoid at All Costs! Today, my colleagues and I had the misfortune of dining at "pandhemkodi pakashala" in the afternoon, and it was unequivocally the worst restaurant experience any of us have ever encountered. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. Firstly, the service was appallingly slow. We waited for over half an hour for our food to arrive. When we politely inquired about the delay, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. Even more shockingly, the food itself was subpar. The Malai Paneer, ironically, seemed to be missing the 'malai' altogether, and the Chicken Lollipop was not cooked properly. When we attempted to cancel the order due to the bad taste, they refused. Their behavior escalated to the point where it felt like they were on the verge of manhandling us. This level of aggression and disrespect towards paying customers is absolutely outrageous and completely unacceptable. The management of this establishment is clearly nonexistent or utterly incompetent, allowing such atrocious behavior from their staff. This is not just poor service; it's a hostile and intimidating environment. I strongly urge anyone considering dining at pandhemkodi pakashala to think twice. Our experience was beyond disappointing - it was genuinely disturbing. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the potential for verbal (or even physical) abuse. This place should be avoided at all costs. We also paid the bill for the items which we didn't had only to avoid or handle the situation.

I had a very bad experience in this restaurant. Very bad food. The management is not even taking care of customers. They dnt know how to behave with the customers. Please dnt go there and waste ur time. This restaurant doesn't deserve even 1 star rating as well.

I am updating my review as I went for dinner recently. Food is too worst. We are chitti gaare with natu Kodi pulusu & dum biryani. Both recipes are bad. Natu Kodi pulusu is tasteless & biryani to serve they took almost 10 min but biryani is cold. The same 2 items I ordered 9 months ago & it is awesome in taste, but now what happened I don't know everything is worst including service. This review was given 9 months ago: The food is very delicious. We went for dinner & ordered hot & sour chicken soup , Chitti gaare koodi kura & fry piece biryani. Also we ordered virgin mojito. Goli soda is also available there. Chitti gaare koodi kura is superb,mainly kodi kura is finger . Biryani is also good. They are also maintaining mocktails too. On the day we went they served Rajahmundry Spl Rose Milk. The ambiance is good . The food is good . Service & hospitality is not up to the mark .
