Pista House Uppal

Compared with Price food quality is the Worst and I had haleem it's not cooked fully. Compared with other haleem centers it's low Quality and High price. Before also i visited this location multiple times, Service was not good and on time they would not respond We had to wait 20 min for another item and No proper parking area.

Had a good experience with this but the time to get the food we ordered will takes a lot of time the waiting time is too long. Like wait chesi chesi mana akali pothundhi tappa ah food radhu antha busy untadhi..... Kaani once we taste the food worth varma worthuu ani anipisthundhiii..... Better to go to enjoy the food with family and friends..... And we all know the brand value of pista house and the value is also up to the mark.......

Tried Veg Haleem it was good. Loads of ghee...I could feel makhana not sure if it's that only or not and ya..just like masala upma But for the main course also, this place satisfies vegetarians too!! Awaiting to try Kunafa there I heard it's good.

I recently visited Pista House in Hyderabad and tried their Mutton Haleem and Mutton Biryani. The Haleem was absolutely delicious--rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It definitely lived up to the hype. However, the Mutton Biryani was disappointing. Despite ordering a mutton dish, it had only two very small pieces of mutton, which felt underwhelming, especially considering I visited alone and expected a better portion. The taste was okay but didn't stand out compared to many other biryani places in Hyderabad. Overall, a great spot for Haleem, but I wouldn't recommend the biryani based on my experience.

Best for gang parties, value for money and super tasty, haleem is excellent as nonveg platter and mutton biryani. Quantity is very high for biryani, order accordingly.

I have visited the restaurent today 9th april 2025. The food I received was spoiled and not up to standard. I ordered both chicken biryani and prawns biryani, but the prawns were rotten and had a strong, unpleasant odor. Additionally, the chicken in the biryani was undercooked. This is extremely disappointing and not acceptable.

Ambience was average and food taste was improved as per my past experience A/C is very low need to keep bit cool as we experienced hot atmosphere Service is too worst as they are taking too long to get the biryani and need to call Them multiple times for anything to ask We had the below items Tandoori platter was very good Veg spring rolls average in taste Pudina chutney was good taste but need to be thick we got bit watery type Chicken fried rice was taste Chicken biryani also good taste and improved now

1 star is not worth -Staff/Management behaviour/treatment with customer I have buy the snacks at Uppal pista house..I came out near to my vehicle, the staff stopped me and asked for some of the items(Shirmal-rs25 each) were not billed, I went and cross checked with operators he said everything has billed(attached bill and item).THE ISSUE IS STAFF HAS NOT CHECKING WITH THEIR BILLING TEAM and THEY WERE STOPPING THE CUSTOMERS ON ROAD AND CHECKING WITH CUSTOMERS regrading bill. The staff and store manger(attached image) has not able to answer why they have not checked with their team. Worst treatment of customers and at least not accepting their mistake..
