Not a great experience apart from Kids enjoying the train movement . Only 1-2 dishes are delivered by train rest all manual. It's a chaos out there, wrong deliveries, No orderly sending of orders Prices to high for the quality they serve. Food served is cold same complaints we can hear across the tables. Not a place to visit if you want to have good time with family.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. Their lack of courtesy toward customers' time is disappointing. Service is inconsistent--they only cater to specific tables, completely ignoring others. To make matters worse, the food quality has significantly declined, making the experience even more frustrating. Given the poor service and subpar food, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Go there only if you're looking to waste both your time and money.

Whenever I visit this place always found the service is very pathetic... Still i had to go for my kids, only because of they serve by you train.... If they maintain service properly it will be good, and sad part is they are not much concerned about it..

We went there around a month ago. Overall experience was not good. It was nice when we went there around a year back but standards have come down now. The USP of this restaurant is delivering food to tables using toy trains, but they were not working properly and my kids got disappointed. Many food items on the menu were not available and the quality and taste of the items that were available was average.

Today excited to visited this restaurant...but iam fully disappointed.. because food is worrest...I am coming to here after seeing reviews...but here fully reversed...we ordered chicken lollipops and chicken 65 biryani and chicken fry biryani... chicken lollipops are fully roasted one of the type of smell is coming....nd also chicken fry biryani is worrest worrest....i never expected like this ... finally ambiance are good...

It was a very bad experience and I will never suggest to anyone. They are serving spolied products and morning products at night. I went to this restaurant by traveling to 45min for my kids entertainment. Bcz other than train nothing is there in the restaurant not quality food nor service. I have ordered Manchow Soop, Loly pop wings, 2 cool drinks and spcl chicken Biryani. After 25 min my order was received for both Starters and main course at the same time and not followed the food service process. The wings were very cold and a pathetic product served from refregirator and same as Biryani too when the bowl was not warm when I touched it. The worst part is cool drinks were also not chilled much. This winter I did not feel chilled which means you can understand the quality of soft drinks. When I was asking to manager he was telling me that there is no kitchen in the Dilsukhnagar branch and they will bring the products from Kukatpally Main branch daily twice. It means it is very clear that they are selling spoiled food to customers at this branch. This is truly not appreciated and don't operate the restaurant with this quality . Seriously you playing with kids'lives where no one has the right to do. I request respective food safety officers to visit this outlet and seal it. Of course I will not leave this matter and proceed legally too. I strongly say that no one should visit this restaurant who are playing with our kids life drastically. Since 1 rating is last I had tag it otherwise it should be -100.
